      Purchased home through Dreamfinders. Counters and cabinets were from woodsman. Kithen counters are upgraded quartz that we pair for. Prior to closing we notified Dreamfinders we were not satisfied with the seams of the kitchen counters. Ther are 3 of them. After closing, up to now which has been 2 months Woodsman has attempted twice to clean them up and even took apart the counter and redo the seam with still no success. Now they are looking worse than ever. We have gotten qutoes from other counter companies telling us that this counter should have been a jumbo slab. Etc. They are now saying that this is industry standard. We have also learned that there are many others in our neighborhood with same issue. I will attach pictures.

      We have been contacted by the general contractor, advising their legal team is handling these matters with the homeowner ( complaint person here ) .

      Therefore I am not providing any specific answer, other than the finished product is done in a professional manner, and as an aside comment - we only use jumbo sized slabs so there statement regarding that is in error.

      As mentioned and proof has been provided by photos of the seams of why this is not accpetable per industry standards. We have also provided proof from other companies stating the same. We have tried to send pictures directly to Woodsman however they are not providing email address. Not sure why a company would not provide email address.

      Our builder SEDA subcontracted this horrible company for installation of kitchen and bathrooms. Doors on cabinets began to bubble while under warranty and they replaced the 4 but less than 6 months later the cabinets begin to show bubbling again and now many many more cabinet doors are doing the same. They refuse to honor the warranty and have been giving me the run around that the warranty expired in 2021. I called Aristokraft manufacturer who assured me they are still under warranty until June 2022. Several emails and phone calls later by myself and the manufacturer have gone ignored. Even Jacksonville Florida Aristokraft sales rep has been MIA. Should be fired!! Cheap product, horrible customer service, sloppy damages during installation on cabinets. Nails and hole damaged cabinets.

      I have reviewed all our records .

      We installed the cabinets in Sept, 2016. The manufacturer no longer makes this door because they replaced it with different styling a few years ago. The manufacturer's policy is to warrant any discontinued doors for a period of 5 years from the date  the cabinets were first installed . This means the warranty period ended in Sept 2021.

      This is why we have told the customer the situation. Whoever the customer  talked to at the manufacturer was either misinformed of the original installation date or there was some other confusion that took place between them and the customer because this is the manufacturer's written policy .

      Our records also show that we replaced 3 doors for this customer on March 11,2021 at no charge to the customer.

      We will be glad to contact the manufacturer to see what else can be done , and we will contact the customer back directly to advise

      The customer has rec'd the email from the manufacturer in a separate correspondence dated 1/27 which I provided to the BBB as well, earlier today in a separate email. 

      This is the manufacturer's decision.

      I am rejecting this response because: I filed complaint against the manufacturer and have never had anyone from woodsman or the manufacturer reach out to me about fixing the defects.  Not any customer service or support!  Total ignored and offered no resolutions!!
