I would give a zero-star rating if that were possible.Ive had persistent issues with my cooling system, which was installed by ******* just 18 months ago along with dream finder builder. Since then, *** submitted 8 to 10 service requests for repairs. Despite this ongoing struggle, their warranty representative, ***********, has been completely unresponsiveeven to multiple follow-up emails and Billi and ***** sales representatives are hiding and saying warranty completed even these problems started from day1.Most recently, I reported an HVAC issue on June 22, 2025. A technician identified that the **** part needed replacement. It took 10 days for ******* to obtain and install the part, which was finally replaced on July 2. Shockingly, within 24 hoursby July 3the cooling system failed again.Even their so-called emergency line is unresponsive, which is unacceptable during the peak of summer.I would strongly advise others to think twice before going with Airtron and dream finder homes even if your builder includes them as part of your new home warranty. The quality of service and follow-through has been extremely disappointing.Dont close your home even if they says pending work can be done after closing.

Dreamesper sold me a product they never had and tried to stall me out with back and forth emails for a year and a half before finally giving me my money back only after legal action was threatened. While I DID get my money back, I would wager not as many people would be as stubborn as I was to do so and would highly advise against buying anything from this *****.

Dreamfinders Homes is by far the worst home builder we've ever dealt with. The quality of work is shockingly subparhonestly, its embarrassing. Weve had over 100 warranty appointments, and every single one has been a nightmare. From floors and trim that look like absolute garbage to literal trash and debris left in our walls, its clear that they have no pride in their workmanship. To top it off, we even caught workers drinking on the job!The worst part? Dealing with the regional vice president of warranty. This guy used every excuse in the book to avoid addressing our concerns. He outright refused to fix the problems, hiding behind their legal agreement and essentially telling us they dont have to fix anything because its "covered." He couldn't care less about the issues we've had and made it clear they dont give a **** about their customersjust their next paycheck. Theyre not building homes; theyre creating headaches and looking for their next victim. Avoid at all costs!

All the other reviews are spot on. Horrible experience. Took about 2 years to build (22 months), so many promises, only some delivered. Despite Dreamfinders being in Laureate Park for so long, their sales reps are imbeciles and rather than telling us, "I don't know" they stated with confidence we can change things when we can't. After taking 22 months to build a freaking house, they lay the sod down 2-3 days before we close with the sprinkler system not working. The sprinklers/irrigation was planted into the grown with holes and leaks in one section, which naturally affected the pressure elsewhere. So after hunting and chasing them down to fix it, our grass pretty much died in spots and grew unevenly since the roots couldn't take at the same time. I feel like I have air pockets in my yard from where the grass grew and died. The house sat for ********************************************************************************************************** front of where I parked (common sense). This has been a nightmare. We're 6 months post closing and I still don't have everything I need to install one. Plumbers stupidly hooked up the water heater where the loop was and the drywall contractor sheet rocked over the water hook up and electrical before they could finish. Again, it's 6 months and I'm fighting Dreamfinders on this for a $1200 contractual agreement! They've come out at least 8x and it's still not done. All the PMs manage 10+ houses, so none can spend time overseeing the trades. Our PM didn't double check plans to make sure electrical and CAT hook *** were in the right place. I was fortunate enough to live close so I could stop by every few days to catch plumbing & electrical mistakes, tiling chips in the ceramic, missing water spigots outside. So many other things, with a punch list still outstanding. If I could do this over again, I would not build with Dreamfinders. I do not recommend them and you'd be crazy to think "it'll be fine".

If I could I would get NEGATIVE stars. Don't use this builder ever. Lies & More Lies. Crappy work, no follow up from customer service with warranty repairs. Now they are blaming their horrible quality workmanship on contractors I hired to install tile that they screwed up installing on the initial build. They do not respond to complaints. I have construction debris now surfacing in my front yard. No I did not plant a rebar tree. My walls are not level. You can see every drywall tape joints on the upper walls. My pricey extra front stack stone looks like it was leftover from other jobs & was rolling around in the back of a truck for awhile. The Granite kitchen countertop was installed using a large stack of shims because the wall was built was 2" shorter that the cabinets. Yes the granite had to be replaced as there was razor cuts in it & then the garbage disposal that wasn't hooked up leaked. My patio had to be removed & rebuilt up as it flooded when it rained. The pool I was told I could install turns out to be a bathtub because my back yard is too small yet I was told every lot was big enough to put a pool in. My dryer vent was crooked & everyone blamed someone else but instead of fixing it before closing it took 4 months to send workers to fix it. The finishing work on the drywall in the entire house is horrible. Instead of fixing they removed tape & said it was fixed. They half painted a large wall in the great room & the master toilet was half flat & half semi gloss. The overhead light is literally next to the showerhead in the master shower. They wrote the contract incorrectly for my upgraded tile floors & blamed me & now when we finished the main floor the tile does not come together as there is 2 different patterns . I now have kitchen cabinet hinges they will not warranty as I had other contractors do work in the house. Not sure how painting & installing tile floors voids kitchen cabinet warranty. They are a horrible company.

If you ever thinking of purchasing from Dream Finders - don't run away, you will be treated like crap. They use falls advertising, lying, force you to close without CO, their inspectors are likely on their payroll as there is no way the inspector can miss electrical panel installed in totally wrong spot. They don't care about private inspector reports nor make any attempts to repair. Their craftmanship is the worst I have ever seen and this is not the first time I used builder. Once you close, good luck to get anyone to respond, they completely ignore you. I can go on and on, my strong advise is to run away from them, unless of course you want to have brand new fixer upper and I mean it. Unfortunately star rating is required, they don't even deserve a negative star.
