I was fortunate enough to have *** the owner of Ideal Conditions come do our estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, worked with us to get what we needed at a price we could afford, broke down our new system so I could understand what exactly it would do for us, and went above and beyond. He even designed our duct work himself.We have had a great experience with all personnel we have had contract with at Ideal Conditions. Would highly recommend Ideal Conditions for anyone who needs AC work.A huge shout out to our installers ****, *****, and *****. They were all knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and answered all my questions. They made sure to explain things about our new AC system to me. They were even friendly with our dogs. Ethan was great and so helpful. He is informative on the air conditioning. Very intelligent and educated us thoroughly. Anyone who has him as a technician has the best...Most techs just fix things and don't tell you what was wrong. He let's you know why he needed to repair.Review from John S

I have been using Ideal Conditions for 15 years now. Two residential installations and two commercial installations. I use them for maintence and service calls as well.They have top quality technicians and the owner is honest and will not try to sell you anything you do not need.Review from Anthony T

This is the first time we have worked with ideal conditions and they were just wonderful. They diagnosed our system and then sent ***** out to clean the inside and outside unit. ***** did a fantastic job. He worked really hard and answered all of my husbands questions. I love the fact that he came in, did his work, cleaned up, showed us what he did, thanked us, and still had a smile on his face when he left for his next job. Its really pleasant to do business with a company who values customer service. ***** obviously does and it appears ideal conditions does also. We are very pleased and will continue to use them in the future. We purchased a maintenance contract, so look forward to seeing one of their smiling faces in six months, but will definitely call them if we need something between now and then.Review from Breanna E

****, *****, ****, ****, and ***** were a dream team for our situation! They replaced our HVAC by removing our old unit in the attic, moving our water heater and putting the new system in **********. They did it all in one day and clearly explained our new system! I could not be more pleased with Ideal Conditions. Highly recommend!Review from Nate S

Spoke to ****** about a heating issue. She was and always has been extremely nice and helpful over the years. Had **** come out the same day after I got off work. **** was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and had actually installed the unit years prior. **** treated the system and solved the issue within a timely manner. Ideal Conditions has been my A/C service provider for about 20 years and they never disappoint.Review from Bobbie U

Ideal conditions is a wonderful company to call when your air conditioning system has problems! They have now saved my life a couple times, once in the hot summer season, and just recently in a Florida “cold” season like we rarely have. Thank you to the technician, Sean, and of course, thank you to Ideal Conditions again and again!!!
