      I've had the worst experience with this funeral home. My mother passed away several months ago. She had been missing and with a terrible human being. The information on her death certificate is wrong to the point where it's obvious they don't care, they won't communicate with me and they are very rude. I am her only child, her mother and I would like her ashes if possible, but I can't even find out if he was given them. Etc...

      My friend *** has passed away and has been taken to eternity when he has prepaid arrangements at another facility they want to charge me money to call the other place to come get him and they're keeping him unless I pay I talk to ***** and I don't trust this place so please don't do business with them. eternity funeral home and crematory

      Eternity Funeral Home was contacted by the ************ sheriffs department to bring *** into our care when he passed. **************** was on scene when the officer contacted ** and realized the next day that *** had pre paid funeral funds with another funeral home. Every funeral home incurs an expense to bring a decedent into their care and the choice was given to **************** to transfer to the other funeral home where *** had his preneed or we would wave the removal fee, facilitate the cremation and except the amount that was paid into the policy from the other funeral home which was ****** less than the cost of the cremation. **************** was free to decide what he wanted to do and his instructions were for ** to handle the cremation.

      Eternity Funeral Home has ***************************** in charge as the Director. This is a very bad business decision by the Owners. She is a very Ruthless, DIsrespectful person. etc. She forced my son to be BURRIED ON UNCKAIMED CEMENTARY GROUNDS. SHE BLOCKED ANYONE WHO TRIED TO REMOVED HIM FROM ETERNITY'S PREMESIS INCLUDING HIS FAMILY. I know she will have to answer to GOD FOR HER DISCUSTING BEHAVIOR. Anyone that has commented about her bad behavior, it is VERY TRUE. WE don't know each other and that says ****. She may have UNLAWFULLY CREMATED MY SON. I RECEIVED an email on May 6, 2022, and never said she or her Attorney cleared this up with the family. Now his remains are on Hillside Cementary in ************ ** and he must be Exhumed. She failed to release him to his Family for a Private Forensic Pathologist Review. Instead she hid him on Unclaimed Cementary grounds. She is a very sick individual that has no business there. If my son has been wrongfully cremated, she's going to JAIL!!! He ended up there by ALL FALSE DOCUMENTATION FROM UF HEALTH HOSPITAL. #SECRET PLANNED RECKLESS HOMICIDE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THUS BUSINESS BECAUSE YOU WILL EXPERIENCE HER UNDESIRABLE BEHAVIOR DURING THE **** OF A LOVED ONE. SHE TELL SO MAY LIES IT IS SAD. I don't want her to put another family what she has done to my family. She pick and choose which bodies she will treat with Dgnity and Despect. She had me to ID my son in 95 or more degree weather between their back door outside Then told a Judge he was brought into the Chapel for a one time free ID view. I sent him a picture to prove how corrupt her heart is and a pathological Liar she is. ******** and her Attorney ************************* provided documented lies to the Court and wanted him to ***** them Cremation of his remains to balance what they had already done. Her attorney asked for Cremation and testified to never seeing his body. I believe that was because she had already done it on May 23,2021. # Time will tell

      The claims made above by ************** are completely false and unfounded. The sad truth of the matter is that ************** left her deceased loved one at the funeral home for an entire year which left the funeral home no choice but to get a court order to have her son laid to rest as abandoned. Due to the abandoned status of this case the funeral home will restrain from any further comment.

      They did not ask for a marriage certificate gave my sons remains too a fraud. No funeral for my son in ******* or **********.

      Although our hearts go out to ************** for the loss of her son she was not the legal next of kin. By ************* law the legal spouse is considered the first next of kin. The wife provided proper documentation to make the decisions for the deceased and we can not go against the laws set forth by the ****************. In all cases our hope is that families will come together for the good of everyone, but that doesn't always happen as in this case and ************** was left out of any planning which I am sure was very upsetting.

      We had a service on 01/11/2022. Dont get me wrong it was gorgeous, but the staff was horrible. We had called the morning of at 9:30 AM and asked what would be the earliest time to get in there to set up and they told us 11AM. We showed up 15 minutes AFTER, and had to wait. They left us 30 minutes outside on the cold before they told us that we can go around to the other side of the building to get in. Had to wait 10 extra minutes to unlock the door he told us to go to. By now, people were about to start showing up, it is 12:15 PM and the viewing was supposed to start at 12 PM. The sign outside had the WRONG TIMES for the viewing and service, 1 hour AFTER the actual times. Their technology as far as televisions go is not convenient. The man gave me 3 remotes, told me one was for the Tv when it wasnt. He admitted that he didnt know which one was which. We spent at least $20 for no reason the morning of to try to hook up the computer to the television for a slideshow to no avail. They were always late. The granddaughter of the deceased went to the front office to ask where the director was because it was time to load up and go to graveside, and the woman yelled from the back office at her, HES COMING. Didnt even have the decency to come out and calmly tell her it will be a few moments, or even offer to go get him. The director tried to take MY tripod, after I had told him that it belongs to me, he said that it looks like the one we have here, and I had to point out to him that MY tripod had a PHONE STAND ATTACHMENT AND THAT THE STAND HE WAS REFERRING TO WAS BROKEN AND HE TOLD ** THAT UPON BRINING IT OUT. They were rude, inconsiderate, and did the bare minimum. Yes, this was done through the city, but come on. Have some human decency. Do Better. Be Better. No matter who it is, they deserve respect. They are mourning

      Our deepest condolences for the loss of your loved one. I do need to correct a few things regarding the statement above. Your service was scheduled for noon not 11:00 and as we understand that families are grieving and things may not be retained, once the we saw that the family was here early the funeral directors were ******* the preparation so that the family could come in early. I can not speak to any of the staff being rude but if they came across that way I am sincerely sorry. We have all worked side by side each other for over 8 years and I have never ever witnessed anyone employed at Eternity funeral home be rude or dismissive to a family. We strive everyday for each family to feel loved and cared for by our staff and will always strive to be better.

      Yes, you didnt read my post throughly enough. We CALLED and ASKED if we could be there at 11am, to set up EARLY, and we were told YES, but then were just left standing there. The viewing was to start at noon, not 1pm like your posted signage said. The staff was rude, horrible, and stayed in the way, not helpful at all.
