I really thought this cried union would understand and my situation ,but the lady name ***** the assistant fraud manager really assumed that I was doing fraud when I tried to explain my situation when I was only first calling for help on why my account got blocked and I couldn't add it on plaid and then she started to change her whole voice trying to act like she's hearing she wasn't ..I didn't appreciate it and she also gave me a fake apology as well and was about policy policy when no one said it wasn't a problem of me using different devices just for to sign into my own funky account . I've been with this bank because that's what it feels like A BANK, for a while only to be treated like s***! I filed a fraud claim only to be told it wasn't not me who made the claim and denied me because the can't read! They make me feel like anyone can access my money and they will let them. I was told that I would not get my money back and treated unprofessionally at this branch and on the phone. I have had the hardest time in getting my money! This is the WORST bank ever and everyone I know I will reach out to and let them know my story. They treat you like s*** and do not care at all about your money!!!! It is not safe please DO NOT BANK HERE AT ALL!!!!!!!Review from Cody M

Paid off my car loan in full, only for this institution to continue automatic payments on the loan. Allowing a full car payment to be withdrawn a week after they cashed the check to pay the loan off.Review from Alvette S

I've banked with this institution for years for my auto loan. This is the second vehicle I've financed through this company and fell on hard times due to being layed off. I finally got a new job and requested to defer my payment for 2 months to get back on track. Sadly I was denied. When asked why and requesting manager callback he said he doesn't have to disclose to me why. Very rude and I don't understand what's the secret. If I'm a long term customer on my second car loan why the denial. So much for helping the community. I will be closing this account once my car is paid off. I would not refer anyone to bank with them. Just wanted to share my experience be careful who you bank with.
