This company tried to get cash on Christmas Eve! They were in the middle of selling the biz and were obviously hiding an asset of ******. Foisted everything on the new company which was even worse.Stay away from ******************* aka Brust companies ******* Cabinetry is the new company name but it is basically Prolific with a new letterheadReview from James F

BEWARE!!!!! Please don't be fooled by this company doesnt accept responsibility and doesnt have any accountability. They flat out lied. 22 Outstanding Issues on punch List , some serious , Missing Hardware/Countertop has discoloration (Suppose tone replaced DID NOT HAPPEN) and they told me were not coming back out to fix anything . Even paperwork i have discloses the fact project incomplete,! They will be the first to show up and take your check, but in the end, they will leave you hanging with feelings of regret that you gave them your hard earned money.President of the company had the audacity to honor my service in the military to my face and then say we are no longer bound to come finish,(On the ***** BTW) WAY TO GO AND TREAT A VETERAN. This goes to show you how to face people can be, Cant imagine if i was a deployment and my spouse had to deal with this, SO MY FELLOW VETERANS, VFW, AMERICAN LEGION of *****************. BE WARNED THIS COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, PUT the **** OUT DO NOT BY ANY MEANS ENDORSE , or use any aspect of this company. I did not do my ***** before the job, left it to my wife, though upon research this guy has numerous underlying issues, That if known would scraped immediately ,refer to ***** Plubic Records that will broaden your knowledge on who you and what your up against. To my brother in arms, the fight has just begun. Hired a Lawyer , I ve got documentation that the ** says he has 22 outstanding issues to finish and yet i was told that they weren't coming out anymore. Also advised Vets he straight lied to my face and said the Cabinet installer had issues with the project or me, Come to find out (SIMPLE CALL) NOT TRUE, going to have it in writing so I can just prove what a audacious person in not saying the truth 1) Un reliable in Communication 2) Profesionalism in serious doubt 3) Staffing Unreliable 4 Project Mgrs in the course of this project (NOT COMPLETED)Review from Helen F

BEWARE!!!!! Please don't be fooled by **** Brust's (owner)sales presentation. Working with this company was a nightmare. Here are just a few of the many unprofessional business practices of this company: 1. Incorrect shower tiles. After pointing out the issue, he sent one of his employees to show me two samples totally different from what we selected without explanation. After my relentless questioning, one of his managers finally admitted that our selected tiles were discontinued. Upon learning after the fact that the tile we selected was already discontinued, and with the replacement tile being unacceptable to us, we advised his manager that we were going to find our own shower tiles. Not telling us about the problem was unethical. 2. We were charged for extra materials that were not delivered such as bullnose edging. When we asked where they were; they told us those were discontinued as well. Nobody from the company told us about it until the subcontractor was ready to install them and could not find them in our garage. We had to hurry up and buy replacement materials ourselves just to finish the project. 3. We were charged for materials that were not delivered such as 2 boxes of tiles; quarter rounds and baseboards; caulk. This may seem minimal but when added, they would amount to hundreds of dollars.4. We were charged change fee because he miscalculated the amount of granite needed for the countertops. I had no issue paying for the additional slab; but charge me administrative fee for something that he underestimated?I hope this review can assist a future customer when deciding which company to hire.....due diligence is always the key to successful home renovation.

This customer is the perfect example of someone who refuses to take responsibility for her own actions. She chose a tile in her kitchen project that was installed a year ago. The tile purchased from Daltile a year ago had the same name, was a shade or so different for her bathroom project. We picked up the new tile and returned it to Daltile without any cost to the home owner. She then changed her cabinet layout 4 separate times. Her countertop layout changed dramatically causing her to need additional countertop materials. She went out on the weekend and purchased items that we had already delivered into her garage. All of these items were in our contract to supply. She was verbally abusive to everyone that came into her path. Her husband came to my office twice to apologize for her behavior! Great guy. Unfortunately, this lady did not have a reasonable expectation of the consequences of making substantial changes in the middle of a job like "I want a new wall built in my shower and I want it done today!" Who behaves like that? This lady....
