Unfortunately, we have no record on file of a customer with this email on file. The only person by name on our files had an account with no apparent issues which was cancelled in 2008. Please be aware our services are provided through agreements with Authorized Distributors. We do not provide direct selling of our services or products. All information is provided through calls where in which you are advised of the service availability and upon agreement, you provide your personal information including your credit/debit card for payment. Our records show a welcome email was sent to the email on this complaint which would have provided you our phone number as well to contact us with any questions or cancellation request. also, our phone number is attached to the billing descriptor where to also contact us with any questions or concerns. This account has been cancelled and a refund for the billing has also been processed as requested.Review from Tracy R

Our services are provided through agreements with Authorized Distributors. All information is provided through calls where in which you are advised of the service availability and upon agreement, you provide your personal information including your credit/debit card for payment. The majority of our customer base is derived from companies that provide internet, as well as cable or satellite television programming, and also providers of home and/or cell telephone services.Customer sent a message to stop transactions via email on 6/22/2022 at 10:54PM. The account was cancelled 6/2/2022, and the billing in processing was voided.Review from Elizabeth M.

You have been charging my card once a month for $14.99 this is not right I never even heard of this company and plus I don't even live in *******. This is stealing and I am willing to go to a lawyer and take this to court . This is wrong .I am being charged monthly from this company. I have gone on their site to cancel. Have written an email, stating that I no longer had a use for this service & I never used it. But, they are still taking money out of my account. Anyone know how to cancel? I don't even remember signing up for this service.Review from laura j

I'm being charged $12.95 a month for some tech service that I never signed up for, also got my checking account information somehow????? I believe they hacked into my computer. I am demanding 2 months refund as I was charged for April and May..
