In June 2023, I signed a contract for remodeling of my master bathroom and guest bathroom for a total of $******* My master bath was demolished on July 28th, 2023 and now, 8 months later, it still is not complete and the guest bathroom has not been started. No one came back for over a week when i had to call and ask when someone was going to start. It has been like pulling teeth to get anyone out here to work on the bathroom. I've had 3 different project managers who have been here a total of 5 times. More than once, the same list that needed to be completed was repeated on the next visit. And when you did reach a project manager, they had no idea in what stage my project was in. You call and leave messages. No one returns calls. Then out of the blue they call and say they are sending someone out and when they got here, it's not at a stage where the action that was going to be completed could be completed. Or they would call and say someone was coming and no one ever shows up. I called and spoke with the owner, **** ******, and he thoroughly apologized and said he would check on things once he got back to office and call me back. No call back. I called the next day and left a message, still no call back. **** was here at my house on a Saturday a month ago and told me they would get it finished up that week. Again, no one showed up and no one returned calls. I was told they would be here Wednesday to finish up. No one showed up. I called and left several messages. I received a call yesterday saying someone would be here today between 12-4. Again no one showed up. I called again and left a message. Received a call and text and asked if they could come tomorrow and finish. We will see if that happens.
