I am reporting a bondsman who has procedurally continued harassment through the means of collection and continuous arrests. A “Violation of Protective Order” is stemming from another venue two hours away. I live in another city with different venue. So, if there are any warrants this jurisdiction does not have authority to come to my home, but it does anyway. They arrest and release. ***** ***** ******* from from affordable bail bonds allowed me to pay bail for $800.00. I said, okay. I have waited for a NOH and I don’t get anything in the mail. This is because the Protective Order is also invalid because it didn’t contain the prerequisite to state there should be an Order signed for a Protective Order and this is why it isn’t going through the natural Court process. So, when *** ******* has called my mother because her name is on the bail he is telling me I have Court one week before. That’s fine, but I should receive a NOH (notice of Hearing) through US Postal from Tarrant County (venue for Protective Order) and I have not. Since, I don’t have an issue attending Court because it is a Dismissed case so telling me that I have missed Court is in *** ****** best interests. He continues to file “Affidavit of Surrender” principal entirely. He wants more than his 800.00 for nothing. I am still waiting for court but opposing counsels hope is jail illegally. So I am just reporting *** ***** business as a place of business that is being used to pray on innocent victims and will arrest them by filing this but it isn’t going through the Court. It is also not signed by a Judge. So, I am still waiting on a Court date. What is he doing? I don’t know, but he thinks I don’t understand. I do, and very well. Hopefully, he will be sentenced in the future to Federal prison. Thanks.Initial Complaint

This web site is posting false information about me. It has me listed as a *** offender in the state of Indiana. I have never even been to the state of Indiana. My name was on the *** offender registry in LA , but a court order in the 29 judicial court of ST. Charles parish was issued several years ago to have my name removed. The information the web site id posting about me is not only false , it is in direct violation of that court order. Not only do they have my expunged charges on their site but they seemed to have added every charge for anyone arrested that day to my record. Their website doesn't allow me to talk to anyone to resolve this issue. But my bail overall was $1,000 meaning bail was $100. With all the charges that aren't mine it all comes out to $150k+ bail... So website not only is reporting invalid information now but also making me look 80 million times worse. I need the whole thing taken down ASAPInitial Complaint

You have a case information about me on the internet which was dismissed due to me being proven innocent and it was expunged due to the blood test proving my innocence and I as dismissed and you are destroying my reputation online when you are not allowed to post a dismissed case. In the state of ***** ******** when a dismissal occurs it is entirely removed. Yet you are posting it illegally.Initial Complaint

I would like to have my picture and information removed from this website. I'm not even sure how this is legal! I have paid my fines, and I've spent an extensive amount of money and time to have these misdemeanors (driving with an expired license) removed from my record. This is defamation of character. I do not want this information available to the public! It is literally no one else's business. This is what we pay the BBB to monitor. I pay my taxes, I am a responsible citizen of the USA and I certainly am not a criminal. I want this dealt with.Initial Complaint

I ******* my name and they have my photo, Full name and charges that I was not charged with come up. I run a small business and live a up and straight and narrow life and its very embarrassing when family members and clients are looking for you online and this negative false information comes up about you. I have emailed them for them to take down. Haven't heard anything back.
