            In the month of July I began receiving emails about renewing the lease (Landings at Lake Gray). The lease renewal proposal stated the date 08/17/23 to renew lease. From my understanding, 08/17/23 was the maximum amount of time I had to renew. I chose not to renew, so I went into the leasing office and told ***** (leasing agent) that I would not be renewing. ***** did not take the proper steps of taking note that I would not be renewing. September 13, I contacted ***** because I continued to receive emails regarding a notice to vacate. ***** and myself sorted that out via email. As of today (10/09/23) I received an invoice from Landings at Lake Gray stating “insufficient notice fee of $1423”. I feel that amount is absurd especially since I was baited for the 17th (after notice is supposed to be received) and not reminded of the 60days notice

            When I moved in my unit it was full of roaches and they told me dont try and kill them myself they would have someone come out . I lived with them roaches for a whole month cause I had no where else to go. The people in the office do not care and are very nasty and said they do not have to send out reminders before your Lease is up but will talk to you about a payment. This is the only apartments I have stand in that doesnt do that and also tried to change me for something that was already messed up when I moved there.

The reminders that we send out regarding lease expirations are a courtesy as we trust all residents read their lease thoroughly before signing. We are assuming when you mention that you were charged for something, that was "already miss up when I moved there", that you are referring to the microwave.
