This company ****** ***** was replaced by my original company ****** ********** maybe 2 years ago. At first with these guys being a new management company there were alot of changes. This is my second year and the communication is terrible. No one ever answers the phone. Ive shown up at the perspective rental office on ******** **** ** and there was no one on site. Ive sent emails and ive only gotten a reply from the manager ****** ***** once. Because this is my second year signing the least my 9th year living in this apartment I requested a couple of things to be fixed. The faucet was leaking in my bathroom causing water to spill onto the floor they replaced it but with a totally different knob( not a tremendous big deal but a request to possibly have them match Again)no response the kitchen drawer is broken like it has came off its track and its refusing to close( i asked to have that fixed/no response i am unable to properly get to the things i need underneath bc of this. They replaced my refrigerator last year...the bottom board was removed and never replaced. So now all u see is the bottom of the wall the sheet rock and nails. It wasn't like that 9 years ago when i moved in. It wss removed by maintenance so i feel like they should replace it. This may not be a requirement but i asked to have my carpet cleaned...its been 2 years or more. No response its like these people disappeared from communication and thats why i am so angry.I've sent the Manager serveral emails with pictures and he responded once. Some of the issues were resolved from a previous email. That was a month ago. I sent another email and still no response.I just signed a new lease just last month for 2022-2023. They are not sending out a new lease for 2023-2024 which is very new different. I receive a text reminder through the portal regarding the lease and its like borderline stress and pressure to sign a new lease when im only 1 month in on my new lease. I honestly just feel communication
