After the three day rescission expires, the consumer can still cancel, but then the consumer is financially responsible for any permits, labor or materials ordered and/or installed. A re-stocking fee may also apply to uninstalled and returned materials. WCI reserves the right to cancel any job at any time without recourse if the consumer is unable or unwilling to pay for the materials or work performed.
