I did not have a positive experience with this plumber. Owner lacks customer service skills and a price was not quoted prior to doing work. Job was overpriced. Owner uses foul language with customers.

unfortunately you cant make everyone happy. customer was told what the cost was on this project which was replacing a foot valve on well. well is coroded and could not be pulled. after hours of trying we went a different route , got the customer water and fixed all the repairs need at his well pump . when he was presented the bill he stated he had no money and couldnt pay , and asked for the owner to call him. the next day i did call mr.palm and he was unhappy with cost. when i wouldnt discount our work which we didnt charge for almost 3 hours of labor he informed us we lost a customer. again thats were we stand i dont not want to work for someone who has issues after a job is complete just to try and get a discount , again wish mr.palm well it will not be with jm plumbing doing service for him anymore. thank you againCustomer Response

The description up to the point of me saying "I have no money" is accurate. That was never said. I called the day after the work asking for clarification of the job and why is when it would be finished. The plumber did not leave a bill so I had no information on the work done. It took the owner a week to call me back and he was hot headed demanding payment. I told him I needed a bill and description of service and asked when it would be finished. I was not "unhappy with the cost". I only wanted an explanation of the work. At that point I was called a "smart ass" by the owner and I concluded the conversation simply asking for the bill. I did NOT ask for a discount ever. I wish Jim ***** well but feel the way I was treated was disrespectful and curt to say the least.Review from Gary R

10am appointment, they showed at 12:30pm. I called main office early to tell them the plumber would need an extension ladder. I was assured they would have one. They did not. I told them to leave. They were not prepared.J.M. Plumbing of Central Florida, LLC Response

the customer insisted we go on the roof to clear his roof vents. this is a last resort to go any roof. we first make sure the line outside is clear which its not , therefore we do need to go onto roof to clear the blockage . customer insisted we did not know what were doing and asked us to leave which we agreed . thanks for your time .
