      In 6/2022 I was contacted by a rental hunter who advised me that I had several unused vacations through RCI and other resorts. She told me that due to COVID I could keep them with no expiration if I paid all the fees now. I did not make the decision that day and I asked her to call me back, she did, and again I needed her to call me back. On the last call 6/16/22 I committed to the offer with a promise of 3 condo vacations and 1 domestic vacation with fee airfare for the price of $498.00. I was also advised that I would get all the details in the mail formally and also be able to log on the website and view them there. So I accepted and signed a Dropbox Sign. I did not receive anything in the mail from the company, and when I went on the website I saw that there were two links one for the packages and one for the flight. At the time I was able to see a fly "brochure" under the flight button but not a legitimate contract that it belongs to me. The link for the packages would just spin and noting would open. Now neither link works. The documents on that site are no longer retrievable.... I called the number on the debit from my account and they advised they are just the funding company and said they would have someone contact me in 24 hrs... I waited ******************************************* up with this horrible company and she advised she no longer works for them. UNTRUSTWORTHY & A BIG BIG SCAM

      This is not our business.  Our processing company is YapStone and we do not offer "vacation packages/points."  We are a management company that manages individually owned condominiums and provide beach rentals for incoming guests.  We do not have an ********************* that has ever stayed with **, according to our reservation system.

      We rented Sunset Paradise Unit #9 in Indian Rocks, Florida for six people from February 4-19, 2022, through Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals in Indian Shores, Fl (RES-XXXXX, Confirmaton ******** Total Booking Charges of $3469.70 was paid in full. When we arrived at the unit we found cleanliness issues, beginning with the refrigerator, which was dirty, as well as the walls in the kitchen. We called the office right away and they said they would send someone over. The woman lightly cleaned the refrigerator and left. As we were unpacking, we found a used condom on the floor by our bed. Also, lights were burned out and mold was around the patio door and on the walls of the deck. There were broken floor tiles in the bedroom, too. I called the next morning and was told no one could come over until 2:00 that afternoon, while we were gone. And that it was up to us to tell the cleaning person the problems, even though we had reported them to management. Since we were gone, she only picked up the condom and nothing else. We called again to report that this unit was in poor condition and we wanted to be moved elsewhere. They said nothing else was available and it would take up to five days to get any refund. Since there were four adults and two children needing to find some other location, without the money we had already paid for this unit, we were at a loss. When we checked out, we told them there was also exposed wiring by the lower bunk bed (no outlet cover) and mold around the floor boards, which was concerning, since our 8 year old grandson slept in that bedroom. The bedding had covered up the outlet, so this was found as we checked out. We completed a check-out survey, talked to Vickey and Sandy about this unacceptable and unsafe location, and asked them to contact the owners, since we were told it wasn't their responsibility, but the owners. Then were told they wouldn't refund our money, or compensate for the days the problems weren't corrected.

      I paid for a Beach front Condo Oct 2nd for 3 nights, supposed to have 4 person occupancy with a King Bed and Queen Sofa Sleeper. Upon arrival Friday night we discover they removed the Queen Sofa Sleeper and just put a regular couch. Now there is no where to sleep except for two people. When I called the Office 1st thing Saturday morning they Barbara they would contact the owner. Vickey called me back and said the owner did replace the Sofa sleeper and put a army cot in the closet. They were still trying to contact the owner to find a better situation for us. They never called us back all weekend. I had to take my 87 year old mother to a residence in Largo off the beach. Today at checkout I find out from Sandy the manager they knew about the problem on Oct 10th when they had the same problem with another guest but still didnt tell us or try to find a suitable replacement unit. as we arrived Nov 5th. They offered me a 100 dollar refund even though I paid 800. and lost half of the sleeping occupancy. Their Money back Guarantee is BOGUS. I call this a SCAM! How many others have been scammed by their advertisements. The Money Back Guarantee says if you are not 100% happy with the unit and they dont find a suitable replacement they will refund 100%. They never even returned my call all weekend. The manager Sandy told me she has had problems when traveling and just "MADE DO" never even made a complaint! They knew about the issue almost a month before my arrival and never told me or tried to find better arrangements. That is intentional scamming. Their advertisement shows 4 person Occupancy! Now they are trying to change it.

I personally spoke to this guest and issued a substantial and mutually agreed upon refund based on the inconvenience due to Owner removing the sleeper sofa and replacing it with a cot. When I ended the conversation with him, he thanked me for all of my help and professionalism. He has no other claim to be addressed at this time. Please feel free to contact me if you need further information or assistance. I also have copies of his refund and my email to him showing it. The Business did call me and admit fault and said they were going to issue a 400 dollar refund. They sent me a email message saying they were going to issue the refund but to date they have not done so. I am still waiting! Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2021/11/18) */ This is a verbal reply taken by BBB: The business refunded $400, BBB was instrumental in helping resolve this issue.
