  I rented a vacation unit on floor ten at sandcastle one. One of the two elevators will not travel to floor ten. Our first day here the other elevator broke, leaving us with no elevator service. My 76yo husband has mobility problems. It is difficult to take the stairs up from floor nine to ten. Also, the parking lot has no designated handicapped spaces. Called emergency maintenance but no resolution in the 12 hours since we called. No return call from anyone at plumlee.

  It was conveyed to me that you would be deleting this complaint based on the conversation you had with our rentals manager the morning of Tues. June 3rd. According to her email communication, you agreed upon receiving a discount of 10% to your reservation and that was credited back to your card on file due to the inconvenience. Also, the elevator was repaired as quickly as possible by the property management team at Sand Castle I. We understand that elevator malfunctions are a big inconvenience, however Plumlee Gulf Beach Realty maintenance team is not who maintains any of the elevators at any of our rental properties. That being said a Plumlee maintenance team member did make contact with you upon the time you called emergency maintenance.

  We used Plumlee Realty for the first time this year. After I had read some.of the reviews on this site, I became really nervous that I had made a mistake, and considered a cancelation. I am truly glad that I didn't. The condo was absolutely beautiful, and despite other reviews, was very clean! Plumlee was really helpful in explaining how to use the trolly system, and helped with all other questions and needs we had. I actually am so impressed with them, this condo, and this location that I believe we will be using them again and returning over the next few years. I also highly recommended to my friends and family. Bad reviews can make you nervous to book with a company, and that *****. It almost did me! I wouldn't feed much into those reviews, because this company is GREAT, and this condo is just absolutely amazing. Glad we came!

  We have used Plumlee Vacation Rentals for our reservations for several years. The staff are always very professional and friendly. The unit descriptions have been very accurate and informative. This year the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful vacation when there was unexpected construction going on at our building. Thank you, Plumlee! We will see you again next year!

  My husand and I have been coming to Indian Rocks Beach for 7 years and for 5 or 6 of those years have dealt with Plumlee Realty. The unit we stayed in this year is rated as a premium unit. However, Unit 410 that we stayed in the past two years has yet to act on our suggestion (and comments from other tennants) that the bathrooms have grab bars in the showers per the American Disabilities Act. This year I took a hard fall in the shower resulting in a trip to the emergency room, multiple X-rays, and prescription Rxs. I was also told to make an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon upon our return home as there could be disc involvement necessitating back surgery. Thus far I have avoided such surgery but the pain caused by the faill pretty much put a damper on our my time in IRB and continues to impair everyday activity at home, Plumlee has always been a pleasure to work with and their staff is very courteous. Apparently no one was able to convince the unit owners to address this issue. Nor has Plumlee offered any discount for time missed while laid up from my back/shoulder injury. Thus we would rate 410 as a medium unit at best.

  Plumlee is the best when it comes to rental properties for vacationers ! The staff is amazing and everyone is so friendly. We have used them for many years and have never had an issue . The sun and sea is our favorite condo !
