            Order #********* was placed 3/31/24, my Discover Card was charged $20.54 on 3/31/24. The current status of my order is "processing". I have e-mailed the company without a reply, and when I call during stated customer service hours at ************ the message states no one is available to take my call and leave a message which I've done.

            I ordered a specialty item through Go Vets. Im not going to go into a lot of the details of the problems I experienced. instead, I will say how much I appreciate all the effort that was put in to making the problem go away. All of the people that I had experience with while resolving the problems at Go Vets were respectful, courteous and I felt did everything they possibly could, to fix the issue. In the end, the problems were resolved and Im happy with the way it was taken care of. I would use them anytime I need their type services. There was one supervisor I dealt with, Im not going to say names, but she was very helpful and I cant say how much I appreciated her efforts , kudos to Go Vets.
