Time for a new unit called Millian Aire as they have been our service company since 2006 when the other company sold out. They have been a great company to deal with though the years service when you need it the most. Patrick F. was our sales man and sat with me with great detail on units available brand names and off brands, pat was not pushy for one type or another just to give the best value to his customer for the price. When said and done and paperwork completed my new unit same brand as my old one was only $610.00 Higher then the cost of the old unit which was fifteen years old.
The day of installing of units. The technicians that arrived were very professional Cory and Dillon.
I expected a swap out of equipment and gone in a few hours not so they pulled out the old lines and installed new piping with new insulation wrapping installed the new A/C unit outside the air handler inside and did some of the finest install work I have ever seen these past few years including dryers in the liquid line,attention to detail rarely seen today.
clean up was like they were never here even replaced heat shields that were installed wrong at the last change out 2005.
I would truly recommend Millian- Aire to anybody asking

My experience was not good. Just months after installation of a new central air system, the connection of the air handler to my house completely failed (lots of mold around the connection and air leakage into the garage every time the AC ran). When a company rep came out to inspect the issue about a year after installation, they added some metallic tape around the leaking area. That worked for several months but then totally failed and I was back to the initial problem. All of this happened in about an 18 month period. Last night, I needed to have them come out to repair the previous repair and was charged $215 to fix the problem. Looks like a better job was done this time (time will tell) but the company did not respond to my email asking them to review the situation for a possible refund or discount. For this reason, I would not recommend this company. It appears they do not stand behind their work. Very disappointing but will move on from here.Customer Response

This review is an update to the one I (Michael A) posted on 6/23/2021. I am happy to be able to report that I was contacted by a representative of Millian Aire shortly after posting that review. The company agreed that I should not have been billed for the repair performed that day. I have received a full refund and can say that I am totally pleased with the outcome as well as the quality of work done on that day! I have used Millian Aire's services before so looks like this issue was an anomaly. Will be glad to use them again.Review from Mary M.

This was a great company.But they have people now who are more interested in putting money in their own pocket and out of yours.
