I goy a phone call from them wanting to update my listing. I asked them to state the name of my business which she could not tell me and then she went on to ask personal questions about my business. Finally she gave me a name which was not correct and said that was listed at my address. I check my phone log and the number did not come up as usdirectry but rather from somewhere called ********. If I could give no stars I would. I have tried calling many times, left several messages, sent 2 emails to 2 different emails, and tried to do the "live chat". No one has contacted me back. All I am trying to do is cancel my account, but they are making it impossible. Do NOT sign up for them!! They said one price and charged another, and like I said, you can't speak to anyone.Review from Jeff O

I was told $5 a month and they attempted to charge my account $140 my bank marked it as fraud and denied payment, then my bank turned around and called me to verify the charges which I denied the $140 that they tried to take. This company is definitely a scam. Thankfully I bank with Truist and they monitor my account closely.Review from Jr B

They told me it was a one time charge of **** and then on the 12th of January deducted 2 ****** drafts never told me anything about the plan for ****** or anything when I e-mail and ask for my money back no response also called and left a message later got a text telling me my account has been canceled on 1/15/2024 will contact my bank about a payment stoppage and a refund of my moneyReview from Orlando K

For starters this does not work I got two calls off of them and they were 2 hours away from me this place is an absolute joke of a company I was told $5 a month after a 6 month free trial this was back in July today they charged my card $140 mind you my card had a new expiration date and security code I called them and the lady said theyve been advertising my business since last November.ummmm no you havent she was rude and unprofessional and said there is nothing they can do about itReview from Are M

got scamed out of $140 and they issued a cancellation and even an email to tell me that they were refunding my 140 to me within 3 to 7 business days and it has been 20 business days and still no refund. Called the 800 number and ****** always answers the phone and she says she will send support the info.Review from Harold W

It is unfortunate that this merchant feels his account was mishandled. Our records indicate that we provided service as agreed upon in the terms he agreed to upon activation. In spite of provided such service, we honored his request for a refund (as a courtesy) and cancelled the account as further requested. This refund wa processed n 9/6/23. The refund info is as follows if he wants to verify this with his bank as it appears the issue is on that end.

They scammed me too. Said it was whatever price to list my business on ** Directory $5 or something. I was thinking no one uses that to search for businesses, Then I noticed that they started charging me $140 per month, but luckily I had closed that account. I figured that would be the end of it, because I was busy, you know trying to start my business. today some guy calls to collect and he says the bills $390 something. He kept trying to say he had to start over on my cancellation, because I was getting angry. He was just trying not to finalize the cancellation.Review from Reanne W

Just got off the phone with US Directory after two phone calls received at 7:30 AM. It all seemed sketchy but I confirmed the non-sensitive questions about my business. I know that ****** has some type of registration for SEO but its for free. It was weird that once they said its only five dollars, they kept repeating it like it was a great deal. I said, I do not send my personal card information over the phone so they emailed a link to my business email. While acting like it was taking forever to load. I started googling if this was a scam and luckily this page popped up. I hung up and blocked the number. The number was from *******. I hope this helps someone avoid getting scammed. Thank you to everyone who posted about their experience, the reviews saved me.
