      This company uses predatory tactics to prey on small business owners by saying their service is required by **************** law even though it is not. The man also said he worked for the ******************* which is not true. They charged me 50 dollars for a service I did not want but they said was required.

      Us directory persistently called me saying they were the company Booksy. They said they could help get my Booksy account more traction. They arent connected to Booksy. They havent answered the phone to give me my refund. This is a scam! I hope no one else is affected but their relentless pressure to be scammed

      Im trying to cancel my subscription with USdirectory, but no one answers the phone, I dont know how else to cancel my unwanted subscription. Im just getting my money taken from me.

      I'm not sure why this customer has is stating he received no response. We responded on the same day he contacted us.

      The merchant activated advertising services with us on 11/9/23 with a fixed rate plan where he agreed to pay $49/month. We provided service for 3 months as agreed and charged him accordingly. 

      On 1/15/24, we received an email from him requesting cancellation of his account. We cancelled it on the same day and provided the attached confirmation email that our system shows he opened on 1/15/24. No refund was requested and would not be appropriate in this case as service was provided at the agreed upon rate.

      I was contacted by this company that stated payment each month would be $5.00; however, they have been charging me $155.00 a month, which I did not agree to. I want to cancel my account and get a refund for $300.00, which you stole from my account which I did not agree to pay. It's said that things predatory companies are taking advances of small businesses trying to get started.       I had a website built for my company a few days later the gentleman from ** directory calls me sign on with them. I told hom I really didn't need his services i have plenty of business and i had referrals through the roof, he proceeds to try to sell me and he says if thats all you need we can just list your business for $5 a month if he would have said 1 dollar a day I would have said no. Anyway i saw my credit card statement on one of my new card and i knew I hadn't made any transactions worth me monitoring. Us directory has been charging me 155 dollars a month, which i never in a million years would have agreed to.i kept calling and no one would answer my calls

      My first interaction with this company was July 2022 I was told I would be charged $5.00/mon I have been trying to reach someone since August I was charged 140 then 155 monthly. I have went back and read my agreement and its states add .25 per reference in which to this date January 2023 I have none I called several times this week and last week again and I haven't gotten anywhere I want to cancel and want my money back for services I was over charged for and did not agree to and I want this service canceled immediately.

      I have an unauthorized transaction in my bank account in the amount of $140.00. I will be reporting to my Bank after multiple attempts to calling the number that appears on bank statement. **************. This is definitely illegal and expect a resolution.

      I was thrown the same sales pitch as everyone. I accepted got charged $5. i read everything after and saw so many fees, i called back and got hung up on before i could talk to someone. I need my account/subscription cancelled before any other payment and it seems they dont wanna help with that.

      This account has been cancelled as requested although the merchant should have contacted the Customer Support phone number or email provided upon activation for faster service. We have waived any outstanding balance on the account and sent a confirmation email to the email address provided.

      I was contacted on Apr 2022 regarding a business listing and the rep that called said that it was only one time fee of $5 just to activate my business name online. There was nothing else discussed and I asked several times to make sure that this is all I was paying. The rep was absolutely sure, that thats the only charge, but on May 26, 2022 I was charged $95 and then Jun 27 I was charged $155and again on Jul 25 another $155. This should be fraud when you just charge and charge peoples cards like this. There is NO way in the world Ill sign up for $155/mo for a phone directory.. This is SCANDALOUS! I called and they refused to issue a refund Fraud is all I can call this and this should be dealt with according! .
