      Since September 8th when I first purchased my car from DK AUTO Sales I have been experiencing issues with this car. I initially gave them $1500 as a down payments and I still have to make payments. I have made all my payments on time and also my insurance payments but there has not been at least one month where I have driven this car because it is not safe and operable. I feel like I was taken advantage of by the dealer . I have a reason to believe that they knew the car wasnt safe to driven or sold and they continued to do so anyway. Gasmar was my salesman and he assured me that the car was safe and it was in good running condition. After only about a day of owning the car it shut off on me in traffic while I was on my to school. I spoke to the Owner ***** on multiple occasions and he assured me that he would take care of it. They had my car for about 3 weeks in October and after about 5 days after I got my car back it still continued to do the same thing. It got the point where I got tired of ****** lies so I went ahead to multiple mechanics in the area trying to resolve the issue but I still have had no luck. I have spent well over ****+ in repairs and diagnostics since I bought this vehicle from DK AUTO sales . I have had to spend extra money on Lyfts and giving family members gas money because of this. I have missed work and school because I was stuck at location because the ********** wouldnt start. My car loses power while ** driving and it has left me stranded in traffic on more than occasion. The dealer claims he has replaced parts to fix the issue but Im still having problems 5 months after I bought the car. Im at the point where i just want to return this car back to the bank because this car isnt safe and I have been making payments continuously without it providing any real benefit to me and Im honestly just frustrated at this point

      On September 9,2022, I made a $500 deposit for a used 2012 **** 500 Convertible at this dealership with ***********************, the General Manager, who promised to repair the non-working Convertible top and deliver the car repaired within two weeks. Since then we have not heard from the dealership despite our numerous phone calls to the many phone numbers this dealship is using. Nobody ever called back. After 6 weeks with no information we cancelled the deal and demanded that our deposit be refunded. We still have not hear back from the dealership, the deposit has not been refunded and the car has not been delivered.

      I purchased a vehicle from d&k auto sales on 8 29 22 exactly eleven days later the engine blew up ,I contacted **** the g.m.and was told they would repair the vehicle in two weeks, ever since then all I have received is a big run around and lies about when the truck will be repaired it's been over thirty days and now they won't *************,they have taken all of my savings and my trade in ,im going to be evicted and probably lose my job because of no transportation, they ruined my life for 2 ,200$ knowing that I just received a cancer diagnosis, thanks d&k auto sales I hope it was worth it for you, please don't take a chance with this company they ruined my life

      When I bought the car, I first questioned the complaints on their website, however the sales man told me they were trying to improve on customer relations. I specifically asked about the condition, mechanical operations and they sent me pictures and assured the mechanics were good and they said they did a "full walk through" and it was checked out as in perfect working order. I put down $15,000 and a $500 deposit fee and financed the remainder.Because of the July 4th weekend, I was unable to go to ************* (7 hour drive) and they were able to get the car shipped to me for $600. Upon receiving the vehicle on Friday 7/8, I immediately heard a low raspy noise coming from the transmission area of the vehicle. And was concerned about the sound, I'm not the most familiar with a manual shift and was unsure if the sound was normal or not. So I took it to the ***** dealership in ********* ******* and had them run a full diagnostics test over the entire vehicle ($149). And the conclusion was a long list of faulty and immediate repairs for the vehicle to remain drivable. The ***** dealership said and I quote " If the dealership you bought this from did in fact do a walk through and checked over the vehicle they would have 100% noticed a good amount of faults on this vehicle" They also mentioned the tires and how worn they were to be sold on this vehicle. The repairs for the car totaled for the"FAILING" items $6877.64 plus LABOR Cautionary items- $1352.48 plus LABOR I have supporting documentation that I submitted and can send the full report if need be. I also am seeking a FULL Refund, plus the delivery charge of $600 and my deposit and down payment. Thank you.

      I was interested in a **** **** ***** that this dealer had for sale, I sent them ***** 2000 to pick up the car in 3 days, then they called me that the car had radio problems and they would fix it in a few days, anyway my mother passed away in my native country and I cannot buy the car, when I claim the money because I did not even sign a contract with them, the answer was that they would not return the money, I would like them to help me with that, I have no more nothing to lose in this world and I'm going for them sooner or later
