    The business seem to operate a ****. They advertise vehicles that they do not have and take money deposits from potential customers. They do not deliver cars and refuse to return the deposits they take. Do not give any deposit for cars no matter how great the deal looks. The dealership is an awful place with sales people wearing crocks. Very unprofessional.

    If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I gave a deposit for a car and they didnt produce the car but wants to keep my deposit. Bait and Switch, they ordered another car that I never requested and wants to keep my deposit. There has to be a law against this because theyre actually stealing peoples money. How is this business still up and running?

    Like many others below me, I was referred to this shop, and sold a car that was not drivable. I drove it for 1 minute and it started smoking from the exhaust and under the hood. The salesman tried to tell me that they just replaced something and I had to drive it until the smoke cleared what? I told him I wasnt comfortable doing that so I had to leave it overnight to be repaired. Im on day 2 after paying $1500. AVOID this place. Shady business.

    Don’t buy a car from here I bought a car from here I drove
    down the street same day I bought it it broke down had to spend 100$ to
    get it towed back it has been 4 weeks since I bought the car and I have
    not been able to drive it it’s still sitting in the same spot the tow
    truck left it don’t buy from here these people are crooks

    I got my car less than 30 days ago and now it will not start. I towed it back to the dealership in which ***** promised me that the car will be fixed free of charge. Hes had the car for 3 days and keeps saying the same thing about the module needing to be fixed , but nothing moves forward from there!! He then promised me today that my car would be fixed l, I called 17x and he is ignoring me. At this point- I want my $3k back that I put down on that car . If they have an F rating, I have no idea how theyre even in business .

    If I can give no stars, I would. This place is really a rip off and they do NOT care about you at all. The way they talk to customers is horrible and even respond to your complaints is horrible. They sell lemons and refuse to give you your money back even if its been a few hours after you put a deposit down. They make false promises and WILL ignore all attempts of you contacting them when something goes wrong with the vehicle within the next hour or so. Please stay away from here. I dont know how this place is still in business, even a policeman made the same comment to me when I reached out to them to try to get my money back. He stated he has to always come to this business at least twice a week due to the same issues with different people.

    Poor customer service first off they let me drive off the lot with a car that was in Poor condition tires had threads coming out mounts were no good car was smoking had an oil leak! I took my car Thursday for it to get fixed ! The owner told me they would start fixing on it the next day which is Friday I called Saturday for an update the lady that work at the service desk told me they were still working on it & to call Back before the end of the day. I called no answer so Sunday I called to verify and see if she car is finished the OWNER told me from his mouth everything is finished I could come get the car I drove 40 minutes to get my car just for it to be in the SAME SPOT I parked when I dropped it off NOTHING was touched !!!! the workers are VERY rude it’s just very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend it .

    I had my car serviced by them 3 months ago and they stole my brand new battery out of my car then i called ***** and he acted like it didnt know what i was talking about they kept hanging ** in my face they are shady and disgusting never ever again will i trust them people

    I think & Iknow that this place is horrible. You purchase your car in one ****************** is working they tell you that all you have to do is pay a monthly bill with *********** have you sign the contract & once you sign that contract you have no rights if the car that you purchased with them gets messed up. My car stopped working and I thought okay let me just tow my car one time to them and they should be able to fix everything and I would never have to come back unless anything major happens , turns out the same day I brought the car for repair( after paying 200 to tow) I take my car home with ******* my way! Home my car stopped working once again. So once again I call the company explain my issue and they say there is nothing they can do about it because I signed a contract with them & that all I could do was tow the car once again to them (another 200 down the drain) thats 400 in less then two days & soon I have to pay a monthly bill with them of 400 so thats a total of 800 in one month. This is insane.
