    I ordered a Resmed MinAir on 02/12/2024, and the package was shipped, but unfortunately, it was lost by **** On 02/23/2024, *** sent an email and notified Sleeplay on 02/23 that the package was lost. I called the company so they could send me another device. I spoke with a male who answered the phone, and he stated that he had everything they needed from **** He just needed to get approval from *****, and they would send out the new device. On Monday, 02/26/2024, I called early to ask if they had sent out the package since I had not received any notification. ***** answered the phone and stated that she needed to get ****** approval to send out a replacement and that she had everything she needed to process the replacement order but had to get ****** approval. I asked her to call me back later that day with a resolution to this issue. I did not receive a call back from her or anyone else at Sleeplay, so I called back just before Sleeplay closed and was told that ***** had left, but the female on the phone sent a message to ***** and *****, and I would get a call back the next day. I waited until 10 am Eastern time and called back since no company member called me back. Once again, ***** answered the phone and stated that she was still waiting for ***** to approve the replacement being shipped to me. I request a replacement package (at the original price) or reimbursement by credit card for the total cost.*************************
