  Company Name: M&D Pro Movers Nature of Complaint: Misleading delivery timeline, misleading estimate, misleading care (wrapping) of items, damaged/missing goods, non-functional claims process On April 18, 2025, we signed a contract with M&D Pro Movers for a long-distance move from ***************, ** to ***********, **. The items were picked up on April 29, 2025, with a promised delivery window of 710 business days. We never received the follow-up delivery email, and had to chase down updates ourselves. Over the next 43+ days, we were told a series of inconsistent storiesranging from a truck breakdown to claims our items were already in a storage facility, soon to be delivered.Ultimately, the delivery occurred over 43 days after pickup, well beyond the 30-day delivery limit. When the delivery finally was made, boxes were visibly damaged, and a large mirror is missing. M&D Pro Movers website claims portal does not workit fails to upload information or submit claims.Customer service stopped responding when we pressed for real answers, and we were told things like were dealing with a family emergency and cant talk today. This experience has been unethical and possibly unlawful.We request:A formal investigation into this company Reimbursement for damages and missing items BBB to reassess this businesss rating ************ should not be allowed to continue misleading customers under the guise of professional service.Note: If I could have selected a negative star rating I would, but this site doesn't offer that.

  Was able to get an affordable price. However, got rescheduled four days in a row with little to no information. Would tell me they couldnt come 10 mins before the arrival time window ended. Countless calls with no answer. Now having to reschedule with a different company 6 days before my expected move in. I get moving can be stressful but man have they added to it.

  Hands down, this is the best moving company experience we've ever had in *********. **** was really responsive and helpful through email from the start. I received an exact price promptly, as well as all of the information I needed about what to expect, and everything was extremely simple, which is important when you're moving and have so much to handle. They performed an outstanding job with the transfer. I've never had movers who were so kind, cautious, communicative, and hardworking. If we need to move again soon, I'd call and ask for them directly. You can't go wrong with Frontier Movers if you need a team you can rely on to move your stuff with care.

  M & D Pro Movers LLC were incredibly nice and relocated my items fast out of my POD storage box. My goods were handled with care by the movers, who also assembled my furniture with care. Would definitely recommend if you need quick service.

  M & D Pro Movers LLC arrived on schedule and were quite easy to work with in terms of scheduling, rescheduling, payment, and so on. It was our first time moving with "real" furniture and they were really careful in covering our most expensive items. They were also attentive while moving around our house, leaving no dents around the corners or on the stairway. Nonetheless, they were well worth it, and we plan to use their services again!

  M & D Pro Movers LLC helped with two transfers. They were fast, attentive, and thorough with our belongings, and they were patient since we were not completely packed for our move. I cannot recommend these highly enough!

  During our move, M & D Pro Movers LLC were very professional and kind. They were really efficient while also taking great care of all of our valuables. Throughout the whole transfer, we had no damage. At least 100 photo frames are included. I wholeheartedly recommend their services!

  All aspects of the move, from initial contact to communications to the moving day went extremely well. We did not have any issues. Everything proceeded as explained and expected. The moving crew was fantastic, they worked extremely hard and efficiently the entire time they participated in the move. I cant think of any part of the day that could have gone better than it did for us.

  I had a very moving experience with M & D Pro Movers LLC. The techs were really quick, attentive, and accommodating to our stressful circumstances. An added advantage was the careful placing of our furniture on the delivery end, which left us with very little to change. They saved us a lot of time, energy, money, and a lot of sore muscles. I totally recommend them for any moving requirements!

  Excellent movers. Arrived on time, did not waste a single minute, was really efficient in taking up many boxes with helper ropes, and drove very effectively between both homes. They had to transport a very heavy fridge from one home with numerous stairs to another house with multiple steps. They had to change it out at the new location and then relocate the old fridge to a basement. They handled things quite efficiently and without any hassle!! I like the service and want to recommend to everyone.
