    On 12.26.2023 I hired **** Balan ** to fix my ** that was leaking water. *****, the **************** person sent ************************* to my house to assess and fix the problem. ******** vacuumed out the inside unit and told me that I needed a new shut off safety valve. In good faith, I believed getting the part would help fix the problem and agreed for ******** to proceed with the service. I paid **** Balan $225 for the part and service. After a few days cool weather, we had a very warm day (Jan 7, ****) in which I turned the ** back on and it started leaking again. I called **** Balan ** the next morning (Jan 8,****) and the call went to voicemail. I left a message about the issue and for someone to call me back. I called back at at 1pm and it went to voicemail. Finally ***** called me back at 130p and I explained the situation. He said someone would be out tomorrow to fix. On Jan 9, **** ************************* came again and assessed the unit and said I needed a Ptrap. Again, in good faith believing that this part would fix the issue as ******** recommended, I agreed to pay for the part and service. About an hour after the tech left, the ** was leaking again. I called **** Balan ** back to report what happened, ***** told me they didn't have anyone to come back out today (note: this was about 3pm during the day ). ***** said "call back tomorrow", and didn't give me an appointed time or ETA someone else could get back out to my home. Finally I had to call another ** company who fixed the problem in minutes and my ** has not leaked since. Plus this other company was courteous enough to call me the next day to make sure my system was appropriately as expected. Jan 10, ****, I called **** Balan ** back to respectfully request for a refund since they charged me, did not fix the issue and blew me off when I tried to get them to fix the 3rd time. ***** said they would call me back. When he called back he told me they were sending me a refund, but they only refunded me $173. I paid the $273. I called back again to get the rest of my money and ******************* up on me. This is definitely not good business practice and I respectfully request for all my money paid in good faith to fix the problem and they failed to do so.
