New roof installed 4/8/21 with 5 Year warranty on workmanship. Water damage on 8/19/23 from roof leak on garage ceiling (see pictures). Left multiple messages to Bailles with no return call, so I called The Roofing *** to come check my roof and they gave an estimate of $800 for repairs. Also called my insurance company who did come and sent a report that it was poor workmanship on the roof which caused the leak and damage to the garage ceiling. However, I have a $2500 deductable which the repair would be less than that. Baillie's finally came by and said it was the ** and not the roof causing the leak. However he did insist that since he was already at my home he'd go on the roof and fix it. After that the hurricane came and there seems to be no further water damage. I called Baillie's to ask for a receipt/note of repair so my insurance company will not cancel me. He refused and continues to state it was the ** leaking. He has 3 guys saying it IS the roof (the ** serviceman, The Roofing ***, and the insurance agent! I don't understand why he will not give me proof of his repair. Maybe because he does not want to repair the garage ceiling. He was very belligerent and angry while at my home. I asked the guy from The Roofing *** to stop by and recheck the roof and he said they did in fact repair the ridge vent install defect. I need a note stating he did a repair and also need my ceiling repaired because it was caused by sub-par workmanship and I have a 5 year (in writing) warranty on workmanship. This is Baillie's Roofing responsibility. If he refuses this term than he can reimburse me $800 to get the fix done right with The Roofing *** and I will let him know the cost to repair the ceiling and receive money to have that done.(I do not have pictures in "Documents" but in my email. COMPANY INSTALLED ORIGINAL ROOF AT CONSTRUCTION. WITHIN 1 YEAR ONE ROOF VENT BEGAN LEAKING. COMPANY REPAIRED. SAME VENT BEGAN LEAKING AGAIN. ONCE CONTACTED AND ADVISED OF REPEAT ISSUE, COMPANY WILL NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS NOR VOICEMAILS.NEED ASSISTANCE IN GETTING CONTRACTOR TO REPAIR THE LEAKING VENT.Initial Complaint

I had a new roof installed last year (5/2021) by Baillee Roofing of ********************* **. Shortly after installation, I had a leak. The company came out and fixed it. There was a big storm recently and the same leak appeared. I called over and over leaving messages. No one would answer the phone. Finally I got an employee who called and set up a visit for the next day. He was a no show. I have called and called again leaving messages. Now, it says the mailbox is full. I dont know how to get through to this company. The company was recommended by a real estate attorney so I thought it was reputable. However, I find that hard to believe now. I just want my leak fixed and fixed RIGHT this time. The popcorn ceiling in my laundry room looks like it could fall down. Help!!Initial Complaint

Our roof was installed on 9/17/2015 and we have a leak in our kitchen. I called Baillie Roofing everyday the week of 7/18/2022 numerous times. Two *************** address. One number voicemail box is full and other number voicemail box net set up yet. I also emailed Baillie Roofing every day the week of 7/18/2022 no response. On 6/29/2022 one of your representative went up in our attic to do a visual inspection and stated the leak was caused from condensation from the a/c ducks. AC ducks were moved and insulation was moved as well. First thunderstorm after inspection, roof started leaking again in same spot.Customer response

This company installed a new roof for me in 2016. My 5 year warranty ended in Feb 2021. When I was having some work done to my house, my handyman realized my roof has actually been leaking for many years. It appears the roof may have been leaking from the time of the installation in 2016 as the plywood is completely rotten. I have reached out the company for a resolution. They sent a representative who confirmed the leak had been happening for many years and told me the owner would be in touch with a response. I have now left 2 voicemail messages with no response. I simply want my roof repaired to the standard it should have been when I paid $14K to install a new roof.
