      I purchased a 36 double case from them and used it only twice. As-in carried the bag, twice. On the second use, the shoulder strap ripped off the bag. I contacted Drago as it has a lifetime warranty in October of 2022. They confirmed it was covered under their warrant and would send me a replacement. Two months later I still didnt receive a bag and I asked if I had to send mine in. They said no need to send it in and they are out of stock- yet all their distributors have it and they show it on their site. I followed up a month later and they said they were checking with management on it. I followed up a few times after with no response. It is now 3/28/2024 and they are still ignoring emails. No numbers available to call. Based on the BBB reviews, this seems to be a common practice for them. They appear to fraudulently market a lifetime warranty, but do not act on this. I feel this is not a good business practice.

      I bought a Drago Gear double rifle case and soon afterwards, it began to have the stitching come out of the carry handle. These bags are expensive, over $100. I filed a warranty claim in April 2023. The claim was verified and approved. After several months, I inquired about the gun case that was supposed to be forwarded to me. They assured me that they were far behind and I would get it in a couple of weeks. Fast forward to September, I sent another message asking about it. Again I was assured that it was forthcoming and they were still behind.February of this year, another message. Again another excuse. March I sent a blistering email and gave a deadline or I would file a BBB complaint. I have all of the emails and answers. I want my rifle case.

      On Aug 4th of 2022, I received an email from Drago Gear stating that I had been approved through pictures that were sent, to receive a replacement gun bag. Since then I have had several emails stating it was delayed, then nothing for 6 months. I recently sent a follow up email and received an automated response that my email has been received, and still nothing. I would think 18 months would be enough time to resolve this.If you have a lifetime warranty advertised, honor it. (Communication is also a very important concept in business).

      Straps on the rifle bag crumbled and broke making the bag non functional. The bag is 36 inch fde double rifle bag. Photo documentation was previously submitted and the company was satisfied that the claim is valid. They promised to send a replacement, but failed to do so and no longer reply to emails.

      My complaint regarding Dragogear has not been responded to with action, namely they have failed to comply with their warranty by replacing warranted merchandise. If appears typical that Dragogear only sends empty messages and more promises to respond in the future. Dragogear's initial promise to respond was in January. They have still not sent a notice that they have shipped a replacement under warranty. Please keep the complaint open and active. Any assistance in prompting Dragogear to act on it's warranty would be appreciated. Keep in mind that the warranty is Dragogear's promise, their commitment to stand behind their products. Their failure to comply with their warranty is their breach of promise.

      Contacted Drago Gear in January of 2023 for a 42 rifle case that had stitching coming undone. They claim to have a lifetime warranty which is why I decided to purchase this case specifically over another manufacturer. They asked for pictures of the bag, the tags, etc., they then instructed me to dispose of the bag and stated that a replacement bag was approved. They even asked me to list which three colors I would prefer to receive in the order of preference. I was told in February that they were having an issue getting shipping boxes, but my replacement bag would ship out in a few weeks. So in March I contacted them again and was told that they were just a bit behind schedule but for sure should be getting my replacement in a couple weeks. After this email I only ever get the automated response stating that they have received my email. May, June, July, August, September, October, November, and now the end of December 2023 I still do not get any response from them. I am now out the purchase price of the bag, CANNOT even take the bag somewhere to get fixed since its long gone in the trash, and it is incredibly obvious that they in fact DO NOT HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY. I am at the point that if they do not respond to me before the end of the year I will share all of my emails and their lack of response in every forum I can, lodge a retailer complaint through Amazon (where they seem to do most of their business). The retail gun store that I purchased the bag at has even told me that their corporate will be following to the conclusion to decide if they will continue to purchase and stock their products.

      I purchased a Drago Gear 36" rifle case with a lifetime warranty. The product began falling apart in May 2023. I reported it to Drago Gear and provided all of the pictures and information they required. They approved my warranty replacement on Mon, Jun 19, 10:49?AM, and let me know that there was a current backlog that would delay my replacement.However, it is December 2023 and the company has gone quiet in replying to my requests, their last response was on Tue, Sep 12, 3:40?PM they said "Thank you for emailing us! We will definitely be sending you a warranty unit, but we are running very behind and unfortunately can not give an ETA right now. But please rest assured we have you on our waitlist, and we are hoping to send you your unit as soon as we can. We will give you a more concrete timeline as soon as we can and we thank you so much for your patience as we get caught up over the next couple of weeks."This has been the typical response. I've been approved but now it is heading into 7 months of not receiving a replacement. And they have no idea when I will receive my warranty replacement. "unfortunately can not give an ETA". This is a major concern at this point.

      I reached out to Drago for a gun bag replacement. They approved the in Nov of 22. I reached back out 2/5/23 & 3/23/23 for status updates and i received communication back. I reached back our 6/27, 9/6 & 10/1 but no response. I am just trying to get the communication back. I can provide emails if needed

These seem to be widely available from several retailers including Amazon. I do not want to be unreasonable, but several months for a replacement and, more importantly, the lack of communication on the timeline is a concern.

      We just sent this customer an email with an update.  Their replacement unit should ship out to them within the next 2 weeks.
