Complete scam artist this guy will take your money.he will give you every excuse in the book and blame it on his vendors, be very cautious giving him any money without a complete product. I showed up to pick up my trailer that was not done he was scrambling through the shop to finish it it did not have my spare tire or winch that I paid him for and he will not provide me with it or refund the money... Typical Hialeah Miami guy he is doing business now in **************************. probably because he was run out of *****.Customer response

Tried to purchase trailer parts from this vendor. He never shipped the parts. He Received his money and won't give me a definitive answer of when I will receive these parts or a refund. it's been three months, and he is now rude and aggressive through text regarding my money.Initial Complaint

I have purchased parts worth 400$ for my trailer that i originally purchased from this guy !!! He said lights were 3 years warranty 1 year later he said i had to pay so i did along with extra brackets that were needed ...never got them !!!First he claimed he is waiting for parts and they are back ordered then he said to "chill.he will.send it to me " never got my money or parts. THIS IS A FULL ON CRIMINAL SCAM OPERATION ************************* has took my money up front and delivered 5 incomplete trailers 5 months late. They have STILL not been completed. He has been stringing me along for months promising a refund. He owes me over $1,500 of money that I paid up front that I never received parts for that he has now stolen. He has passed over 20 deadlines of his own choosing and has now made it very clear that this is NOT an effort to repair but rather a THEFT AND CRIMINAL CONVERSION OF FUNDS.Initial Complaint

Initial email sent requesting large custom trailer build for export to the Caribbean on March 2, 2021. Immediate response and communication regarding the details of measurement and payment information with owner of AllStair Trailers. Quote was sent by him for 50% deposit payment with anticipated shipping date of 6-12 weeks. Deposit was made by me March 12, 2021 to AllStar Trailers. From that point on, owner had extremely poor communication with my husband and I to keep us updated with the progress of the trailer. When he did respond to our emails and WhatsApp text, he would state that parts should be arriving "next week" then the trailer would be shipping soon. I have been requesting photos of the progress of the trailer since March to know what product to expect. Finally in October, owner stated the trailer was ready to ship the next week and I needed to pay the balance of the invoice. He did not want "shipping to be delayed due to payment not being made". I made final payment on Oct 20, 2021. He then contacted me via WhatsApp requesting all of the measurements, photos, and drawings I sent in March. Feb 8, 2022 email sent to cancel his services and receive a refund along with a refund invoice and bank transfer details. He immediately responded begging us not cancel, that his business could not financially afford refund, has had many employee and supply shortages, COVID issues, etc. As business owners we understand that, but his blatant misrepresentation of the trailer progress is not poor business practice Feb 23, 2022 a portion of the unassembled trailer was delivered to our export shipping agent in Miami Florida (Interline Shipping). Owner failed to deliver the balance of the trailer the same week. Almost 12 months later we do not have a trailer, a refund, final invoice, or a photo. We have pages of email communication available upon request. We have lost business and paid extra money due to not having this trailer as stated by AllStar Trailers.
