Terrible company, they never send any offers unless you call them and the offers are all bad. I was in the program for the entire year and only got 4 offers and they kept getting worse. I asked to be refunded my original prepayment of $900 and the manager refused and said I had to stay in the program but they have not sent me one offer in the past 9 months! Called again and they say only way to get refunded is to complete one of the offers. But they don't send any offers until you call them and they are all terrible. Need to file a lawsuit

This is a complete scam. We paid $1500 Oct of 2022 and were told we would see our money back within 60 to 90 days GUARANTEED. I called Feb of 2023 to get a refund and was told to call back at the year mark **** 2022) to get a refund - a complete lie - they said they were still hoping to rent my property out and ******* from Advance Travel Network told me to call back. I called today April-2024 and ******* said they were still trying to rent it out. I have not ONCE had anything rented - had only ONE email for a property that was not available - THIS IN 18 MONTHS and absolutely NO money back. I would like to see a class action suit against this company-they need to be put out of business.

I was promised $1800 a week on RCI extra vacations on march 30,2023 I paid $1499 and have not received any offers or reimbursement It is a scam - a guy named ***** lied to us and misled us I have asked numerous times for a refund Recently sent an e mail asking for refund

This company and it's staff are flat out liars. They have scripted a set of misleading claims and use words like "guaranteed" without any meaning. What they tell you on the call and what they offer are two completely different things and not even in the same ballpark. Everyone who works at this company knows what they are doing and it's shameful! I would recommend not even taking their calls. If you have been a victim, like myself, I recommend contacting the ************************* and filing a compliant. You may also want to consider filing one with the *** since part of their mission is to prevent business practices that are deceptive or unfair to consumers.

PLEASE NOT EVERYONE DO NOT INVEST YOUR HARD EARN MONEY IN THIS COMPANY. This company is a total scam! Please, please do NOT give them your money. If you have been scammed PLEASE CALL THE ******* ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE and the ******* ***************** and file a complaint as I did so these people can be stopped.

This company is a TRUE scam! I have been trying over a year to get my $1590.00 back and every time I call I get the same response that a supervisor will return your call. After talking to a supervisor, who claims there’s no one above them to talk to in the company, I get the same run around about my refund. This is ridiculous that they have scammed so many people and we can’t get our money back!! Something definitely needs to be done. We need to start a lawsuit against them. I’m contacting a lawyer who specializes in this type of scam.

Went into business with Advance Travel Network in July 2022 and have still received no viable offers. Occasionally, usually after a phone call from me, they will submit offers to me to check for availability. Of course, it is always too close to the requested date and consequently there is no availability. This is a complete scam.

I joined ATN in October 2 2022. Since then I have received multiple "offers" to rent my property. In no case was a rental available. I called last July to cancel my contract and was told that i had to wait until the anniversary date. On my call today I was told that only a manager could handle my request and one would call me later today. No manager has ever called me back as promised. I am not confident that I will ever recover my $1,596 from Advance Travel.

Total Scam. Paid over $2000 for them to rent my "weeks". Shame on me, I should have known better. I am still waiting for them to rent an every time I call I get the runaround. You wonder how people can work for an organization that is a complete scam. How do you sleep at night knowing you are stealing peoples money? Under NO circumstances should you do business with this organization. My bad for not reading the reviews before sending them my hard earned money....Just look at every review and look at the company response which is them refuted by the compaintant. They should be ashamed of themselves but I am sure they are not. There is a special place in "you know where" for people like this.... I will be contacting the attorney generals office for the State of Florida to inform them of this. If enough of us do this perhaps they will act.....
