The service inspection say I had a leak in my 4year old ac and I was told that I need a leak dye test I agreed to the service and paid the them the next day thier tech came went up to the roof and I guess put the leak dye in on my receipt he wrote will be back 7/11/23 for dye inspection no one call me or came so the ac was cold so Iam thinking it was ok the weather was cool in September through February and I didnt have no reason to turn it on so in March I turn it on and it was blowing hot air I call USA to complaint and was told I should have call them back on 7/11/23 iam a 69 years old senior citizen a woman it was there job to come and Fix my Leak in my ac they sent a tech 3/18/24 he inspect and say that I still have a leak he call the office a man talked to me and say I should give them another ****** I say no way u didnt return to check the leak he was very rude iam a senior and I pick this company out of a flyer they sent in mail they cant charge me and dont return to finish the jobCustomer response

We apologize that our service did not satisfy your expectations! We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with our business. The A/c unit was installed in 2019 by another company.On 6/28/23 USAac performed a leak test and filled the unit with R410A. On 7/11/23 we followed up with the customer and the unit was working fine. On 3/20/24 we came back and the unit was missing Freon again with no signs of the dye. Might be leaking from the copper lines as the condenser is on the Roof. Our tech explained to customer that we need to add more freon which is not free and the customer was extremely rude and told our tech to leave the premises .Initial Complaint

This company uses an offshore call center (in Asia) to repeatedly call saying they are "in the area and do I want any work doing". This company calls me about 8 times per day, from multiple US States, EVERY DAY. I block every call, do not answer, and yet they use so many numbers, I am still receiving these calls over 12 months later. I am considering changing my number. THIS IS SPAM. Something should be done about these companies. They are calling people without our permission. If they call me again, they will be in violation of this report - I do not wish to be further contacted by the business.Business response

These people have called me at least 20times since they showed up at my house uninvited. I have asked them to stop calling and blocked the sales persons phone, only to be called again from various phones that I have also blocked. I want the calls to stop. This is harassment.Customer response

On April of 2021 I signed a contract with the company to install windows and a door hurricane proof.There was much back and forth between the city and Home *** Improvement. They don't answer my calls, I went to their office three times and they have deceived me with empty promises about the inspection. As of today 3 years later I have not passed inspection. They do not fulfill the city requirements. I am getting very sick over this matter. I am a single woman, 65 years old and I believe they are taking advantage of me. They have received full payment since I financed it with Ygrene. They also deceived me saying that I can only have inspection after total payment. I have text messages that prove the deceit. We apologies for the delays with this project. We had to do a revision to the permit that took some time the city was requesting specific verbiage that required us to go back to our engineering department . Everything was approved by the city and we have a scheduled inspection for Monday the 8th of April. Once this gets approved the project will be complete. Sorry for this delays.Customer response

we do not have her name or phone number in our database. We only call existing customers from our own database. It is possible that our customer changed their phone number and this is now assigned to her but we have no way of knowing that. The date of this transaction was initiated on 6/11/2021 through the Ygrene Project under the energy efficient program. In the contract was several projects which included the installation of windows doors and the installation of an air conditioning unit.On 6/11/2021 a 4 ton ******* unit was installed the entire cost of the air conditioner was the sum of $12,197.34, In December of 2021 the air air conditioning unit began to mal- function and I had to call the office to send service technicians out to check the air conditioning unit. The technicians determined that the freon was not sufficient and then freon was added to the unit. I called the office again in June to report that the air conditioning unit was again not functioning this had been the first summer since the unit had been installed it took several days before someone could come out and assess the concerns which later turned out to be the freon needing to be added. Since that time I have frequently called the office because the air conditioning unit coils has frozen up multiple times and completely shut off. I have called the office since July 4th 2023 to report that the unit is mal-functioning again the office never sent a technician out to check on the unit again. I called again a service tech did eventually come out to check the unit and determined that the unit did in-fact have a leak in the coil system I was then given a quote in the sum of $1,284 to replace the system which I put a d deposit for $600. Then on 8/11/2023 another tech was also sent out to my home regarding the the final arrangements for the installation of the coil system at that time I was made aware that the coils were on back order. The unit is under warrant I should not be charged fees for parts that the warrantee should cover. I have had to go out and buy several fans, I have two elderly parents, a child with asthma, and not to mention the unbearable high temperature days. Our company is known for its outstanding customer experience. However sometimes we have to rely on the Manufacturers which in this case resulted in frustrating delays.

Constant phone calls. I've asked numerous times to be removed from the list. Calls seem to be coming from an offshore call center for this business. Most times when I ask to be removed from the list, they do not acknowledge the request and hang up.Business response

please note I have called USA Home Improvement more than once to come out and complete their concrete work. I have spoken to them about the lock and slide door not closing all the way, the screen door not moving freely it's hard to close and open and also leave messages. the lock and sild door start having problems, when they came out to remove the track because they did not have picture of the screws the inspector wanted to see. they did not replace the tracks with new once after cutting up to remove it. this all had to do with their own negligence on not taking picture before sealing up all the s**** and not placing enough s**** that was required it appears that because the inspection has pass, it's like forget this, we are not doing anything else; after having me wait over serval months. to complete a job that should have taken about a month are two. this is BAD BUSNIESS practices and poor customer services.Business response

Upon completion of the project the clients sliding glass door needed a small adjustment which was completed with a follow up service visit. The city permit has passed and is finalized. The client was not happy with some finishes. We explained to her that in our contract it states it is her obligation not ours. To ensure the client was happy in the end USA Home Improvement repaired the stucco to the clients satisfaction.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: Leaving bolts completely exposed based on my attachment, this is how it looks around the back part of my home, they did not even put up back the plywood to cover up the inside bolts exposed. For USA home Improvement to response in that manor as if I was talking about something that was not of a concern to me. I have nothing else to say, but I will be for sure looking over the contract. Communication is key, and if the supervisor had come out and see how my home was left after installation, I am sure he/she would not have wanted a business like that to leave their home in that manor.The job was complete, and I want to say ************* on the slide screen door and lock, and **** for a wonderful work on the outside covering those hideous bolts and making the outside of my home looking like how it was before.

I sign a contract with *** Air Conditioning LLC on May 11th 2022 to redo my roof. The cost was $38,581.85 which was paid through ****** and the Pace Program here in *******. On August 3rd I was contacted by an individual named **** that I needed to sign the Estimated Settlement Statement for ****** so that he could take it to the City of *************, ** where I live to complete the notice of termination. He stated that if this was not done that there could be additional charges involved. I told him that I was not ready to sign because the flat roof has ponding after it rains and they needed to fix it. He said that he was going to have a crew there on August 4th to build up the flat roof to fix the issue. Today is September 25th and after much back and forth through texting and phone calls I'm fed up with this company. Unfortunately, I should have stuck to my word and not sign the *** until the problem was fixed. They said they were going to fix the problem and they have not. I'm tired of calling and texting.Business response

The client was informed at the time of installation that there were extra materials needed in order to take care of the ponding on the flat roof portion. Those materials were on backorder. They have since come in. The weekend of October ***** we performed work at the clients home addressing the concerns listed .
