There sales techniques and the installation was on point was performed in less than a week. Since then we have had a lot of issues and they take for ever to even address it. As of rigth now my system has been leaking water through the ground. The water obviously do not feels like is been treated. I been calling to get this issue resolved for weeks and they keep saying a emergency ticket was crwated and someone will be by to fix it. Some time they even say the name Many will be there are will fix the issue. I been requesting this non stop I regret having selected this company. The last time I had and issue the representative that came by said the board got damaged and he did not had the one for the machine that was installed at my house so he used another board that wont even make contact with the buttons. At this point I need the system to be properly fix. They said I have 10 years of warranty but they will never get the issues resolved.If they dont fix this I will need to hire another company to fix this and I would expect them to pay the for the repair. Also I been spending a lot in the water bill and they dont care. They wont even contact us.Business response

Better Business Bureau:After the last review, the Owner of the company, Oxana,personaly contacted me. She sent the installations and services manager, Many.Yes, I finally met him. He came to service the equipment the same day. Many took care of everything and added the ** system to my kitchen.
He did not leave Until the problem was completly solved.
He actually explained that they had an issue with CRM which caused the communication issue. They assured this wont happen again.

Very unprofessional. They saw me in my front yard and came at me asking questions about amazon and other retailers. I tried to be as dismissing as possible but the guy instead of getting the hint and leave ran to his car and called a lady who both came back running towards me with some sort of equipment asking if they could get into my house. When I said No they kept insisting that it will only take 10 minutes. I had to say NO a couple of times and they wouldn't leave! I had to turn on my waterhose and pick up my phone to call the cops!After leaving a review on ******* the owner of the company found me on social media and contacted me. The fact that they are trying to force their product and now stalking people on their personal social media is disruptive and disrespectful!Business response

Two representatives came to my door asking if they can test the water. ONly one came in. He was there practically the whole day. Finally, I filled out a Closed End Agreement to see if I was eligible for the purification system. I was given three options and the 3rd was the cheapest so I chose that. Also, I was told *******. would have a chance of going to ********* for a trip. After his presentation, his boss came in. He said since I was telling him I didn't have a job I could have the system with 6 months free. Even offered me a job to pay for it. After they left, I thought about and I cancelled it. I took a picture of it and sent it to *******. Immediately, they came back to my house and tried to further convince me. I just received a denial letter which said "notice of credit app. denied". The boss said I was approved so I don't get this letter but I cancelled the contract the same day and sent it over via text to *******. I want credit bureau notified and bring my points up if they took any and the $50. gift card I was promised. I mailed in the card too. Thanks.Business response

I am rejecting this response because it says they are just going to call me. I already explained what I wanted done. My credit was pulled and that bought my credit score down. I received a denial letter and I was told the loan was approved. Also, I was offered a $50 gift card from Amazon (which I mailed the post card as requested).I haven't received the gift card yet.

Hi.
I don't see how this complaint can be closed if I did not get the gift card they promised me when they walked onto my premises. One of the men had the post card in their hands and said, not excactly in these words but the gist of it was, we'll do the demonstration and you can get a $50 gift card from Amazon. That is an outright lie if they do not comply. My time was wasted this day and I should get what I was promised.

On July 20th a gentleman came to my home trying to sell water purificación system. I told him not interested but he kept saying how his Supervisor would be mad if he didn't at least try etc etc so I let him in. When I let him in he did his thing and I told him no I don't want it cause I couldn't afford it. In all this he kept saying I'll call my Supervisor to let her know. When he called her she told him to keep pushing. So he did and I kept saying no. I just bought the house and couldn't afford it. After saying that he told me how about if we defer your payments for 3 months and I was like still no. So he called again and she told him try 6 months. So I said I can do in sin months. At this point he made me sign an agreement and it started for 6 months my payment would be defered. I assumed that I wouldn't need to pay for 6 months. When I look at my email the company I did the loan with doesn't AK owledge the binder I made with Rainking and say that if their contract didn't say that then it's not vaild. So now I'm upset for the false advertisement frin rainking. Now my credit score is being affected. I want my 6 month deferef payment as promised plus the 100 dollar godt card I was promised as well. Horrible business practice lying to consumers. At this point I don't even want the product for false advertisement.Business response

We have a "no trespassing, no soliciting" sign in our yard and a "no soliciting" sticker on our front door. We have had the sticker since 8/4/22 and the yard sign since 8/12/22. Rainking shows up approx 3 times a week sending the same sales people (there are 3 of them we have seen) to knock on our door since we have moved in to the home on 8/1/22. They will not take no for an answer, try to push their way into our home UNINVITED, and ignore our signage. When we say "No" or "Not Interested" and shut the door, it does not mean keep coming back to harass us into letting you "test our water" to sell us something. We require this business leave us alone for good as they will NEVER be a service provider for us. All other solicitations from other door to door salesmen stopped when we placed signage outside. We want to Rainking to leave us alone as we do not want their product or their continued harassment. Should we continue to be visited by Rainking, harassment lawsuits will be filed.Business response

After negotiating and giving the Rainking salesman an item worth $500, we agreed that we could afford to pay $94/month paid over six and a half years. I signed a paper understanding that the system could not be returned after 3 days (though it was installed in less than 24 hours before the cancellation period had ended). The loan company called the next day to verify that I was going to pay $95/month. I did not fuss over the extra dollar a month, so I confirmed it. A week later I received the loan paperwork in the mail. It states $95/month for 12 YEARS. So my loan was basically doubled!! I called the salesman, and he admitted to saying 6.5 years because that's what it always is. He said there was nothing he could do and suggested we just pay it off as quickly as possible. I called Rainking several times, requesting the loan to be what was quoted to me or take back the system and give my money back. The customer service person said she would have to check with the boss, and call me back. I have NOT been called back. She also said they do not take back systems because they would lose money. I'm losing money because they told me a FALSE quote! If I had been told the correct payment needed for a 6.5 year loan, I would have declined the offer because I can't afford it! On top of all of this, the system is not even working reliably, and the water coming from the RO system has begun tasting bitter. Due to them giving me a false quote and not honoring their verbal contract with me, I request for them to take their equipment back and refund my purchase.Business response

The customer has a ten year agreement for free service which we are covering but other than that we cannot cancel the contract past the three business days. The customer is more than welcome to call for service any dayMonday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm. The issue is I was given false information about the cost and the fact that Rainking signed my name on the loan documents without my consent. Also there are several verification calls that are done to ensure that everything in the agreement is correct. Unfortunately we can't control what information is understood in the customer house but we can control what is said in the electronic agreement which the customer electronically signed. The customer has a copy of that agreement in the email provided by the customer. I have a signed copy of purchase agreement, but the length of years are not on it. I agreed to $94 for 6 1/2 yrs. Rainking did send a a completed document that was signed, but I did not electronically sign that document. It was signed 2 days after they left my home and the signature from Rainking as well as my signature had been signed using the same IP address (proof that I did not sign it, but that the representative signed it-this was not the same document I signed at home, but for financing. I can tell you that myself and the person signing from *********************** were not on the same IP address at signing. As a matter of fact the IP address was used for my signature was located in Atlanta Georgia, not my home. As for calls, I received one call to verify that I wanted the system and was going to finance it, but in that call nothing was verified in terms of repayment length of time. We also had three adults in the home who are all willing to testify that what was said in the home, as well as what was said by Rob when we called called and asked why the terms of the loan were not what he said. His response was, "I tell everyone 6 1/2 yrs. I would pay it off as quickly as possible." Again, there was no electronic signature at the home, but there is a document signed by them in their office (or wherever they are located) two days later. If there is a document signed in home, they should be able to produce that copy with dates attached along with the forensic audit that is on every DocuSign attachment. ***** is elderly,over 75yrs, very trusting,speaks limited English. Lying sales people from Rainking came to *****'s house (03-11-20) when *****'s trusted family members not here. The sales people lied to ***** and tricked her with fake water test to make her think her water was unhealthy,dirty and pressured her to sign contract. ***** has limited income,payments are a hardhip to *****. Orange County Utilities sent a man to check *****'s water, he told ***** her water is healthy and clean, and he was familiar with the lying trickery of Rainking, said they use fake test tubes to trick people to sell unnecessary expensive water systems. ***** asked them to cancel contract and remove equipment,but they refused.
