  USWeb&RepairLLC sold me a computer security service then used that service to gain access to my computer and Coinbase account to steal money.

Unfortunately, refund can only be issued if you contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Secondly, US Web & Repair only accept the payments via Checks or Money Orders. We do not have any other payment mode. So please contact your issuer. We only received one payment from you in Aug 2021. Please feel free to reach us if you have further queries. USWeb&Repair sold me a 3 year computer security and tech support product for $562.55, beginning on August 13, 2021. Paid by check and cashed by their bank, ************** Bank in Gulfport, MS at One Hancock Plaza MS on 8/16/21. Their technical advisor Alan ***** began using a screen share program 12/4/21 to gain access to my computer. Mr **** then asked me for access to my Coinbase account and began to transfer money out of my Coinbase account to *****************@gmail.com. I asked him to stop transferring money out of my account and I shut my computer down. Somehow with the information Mr **** was able to gain, he continued to empty/transfer everything out of my account leaving the account balance at 00.00. Mr **** then brought in technical advisor ******* Howard, who began calling me saying they were encrypting my Coinbase account. USWebRepair then went to my bank account linked to the Coinbase account, 3 times trying to access $4989, $19952, and $4989. Each attempt was denied by my bank, but supported by Coinbase because USWebRepair was accessing Coinbase through my computer and account. Now the tech phone numbers for USWebRepair, X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and X-XXX-XXX-XXXX are no longer in service. The person responding to my complaint, **** ********, Manager, at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX also does not answer calls to this number provided in the response to this complaint. 4 months into a 3 year contract they failed and scammed their customer. I demand a refund for the $562.55 paid for failure to honor/deliver their 3 year security product contract sold to me and the return of the $24,619.21 stolen/transferred from my Coinbase account to ******************@gmail.com. USWeb&RepairLLC of Gulf Breeze, Fla, has committed bank fraud, failed to deliver products sold and deliberate scamming of their customer. Documentation, screenshots, crypto wallet addresses, email addresses, Bank fraud Case file numbers, Coinbase complaint numbers, etc. will be provided to FBI and law enforcement authorities for a complete investigation of USWeb&Repair LLC, Gulf Breeze, Fla. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/12/28) */ After careful review of the complaint, three things came to our attention: First, Mr. ***** is speaking to more than one entity as the numbers mentioned: XXX-XXX-XXXX & XXX-XXX-XXXX DO NOT belong to US Web & Repair. Second, as we mentioned earlier US Web & Repair does not have any provision of accepting via coinbase or any other crypto. Also, ******************@gmail.com DOES NOT belong to US Web & Repair. And looks like Mr. ***** probably called on XXX-XXX-XXXX during the busy hours or non-business hours though he never left any voice mail nor he sent any email to ************@gmail.com Third, it was clearly told Mr. ***** when he paid $562.55 on 08/13/2021 that a refund can only be issued if you contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase. So, per our policy, we can't issue a refund. US Web and Repair LLC contact phone numbers: XXX-XXX-XXXX and XXX-XXX-XXXX, clearly match to the receipt and the original complaint against US Web and Repair LLC. The receipt states a 3 year contract and does not state that a refund can only be issued within 30 days. US Web and Repair LLC is no longer available to honor the security and technical product they sold. I witnessed the transfer of money from Coinbase account to ******************@gmail.com and demanded your employee Alan **** (stated on US Web and Repair LLC, receipt as billing manager), to stop and return the money to the Coinbase account. The email address is in the Coinbase history for this account. US Web and Repair LLC employees emptied the Coinbase account with the access they gained through the sale of a fraudulent security and tech support product. The proof of your failure to deliver products paid for, your access to customers computers for theft of financial information and your contact phone numbers, all match up to the check cashed and receipt issued by US Web and Repair LLC. US Web and Repair LLC, is operating a fraudulent scam on their customers, and laundering money across state lines. If US Web and Repair LLC is operating a legitimate/legal business, Return the $562.55 paid for the product sold failed to deliver and the $24,619.21 stolen from the Coinbase. com account, connected to this product sold by US Web and Repair LLC. I have already answered all of your questions. Also, we do not have anyone by the name Alan ****. Clearly, you are talking to the wrong company & holding US Web & Repair with baseless accusations & not a single evidence. The major part of the service have been rendered & you are not eligible for a refund. So I'd request you to please do not ask for the same because end result will be same. You cashed the check in the name of US Web and Repair LLC. Explain that if you say it's a baseless accusation. That is not a baseless accusation. Proof has been provided your company is operating a fraudulent business. Your continued denial with no proof of legitimacy only confirms USWebandRepairLLC is operating a scam.
