*** made us a variety of promises by both the sales person and owner, but when pressed to put them in writing before giving them a $14,500 check they backed out. Salesperson ******************* is a big talker--typical for a sales person and very short on delivery. If considering them make sure you get it in writing!!!!!!!

We appreciate this client's feedback. To clarify that no agreement or financial transaction has taken place between us.We have not received any payment nor signed any contract with this client. I understand their disappointment, but their request involved the reinstallation of a previously removed system installed by others, along with a production guarantee, which, regrettably, falls outside our scope of reasonable service. We are not the best fit for this project's needs.Review from Rich P

We are very happy with Ppm Solar. They walked us through every step from seeing how our solar panels will work, worked with a historic society to make sure we got the best production, and still held our historical value, and they were even able to install our charger for our new electric car thank you, Ppm Solar.PPM Solar (Power Production Management, Inc.) I cant recommend PPM Solar enough for your solar panel needs. They were clear about how many panels were needed and where they would be the most efficient. They did the install along with adding a Tesla wall charger (which they are certified to do) all in one day. Their crew has clearly worked together for a good while as evidenced by how efficiently they worked together. Their entire staff from the installers to the electricians, production manager, administrative staff etc are all great and seem to really enjoy their work. They are a local company that has been working in the area and I would select them again and have recommended them to my friends.PPM Solar (Power Production Management, Inc.) Response

Quickly loosing faith in PPM. Signed the original agreements (for phase 1, a **** kw system) in July of 2022..... finally installed in July of 2023... 1 year later!, partially the fault of delays by GRU. It has now been 4 months with the system not delivering the power it should have (I get a peak of 2-3kw out of a ****kw system). Multiple calls finally got someone to look at it and determine bad panels, but as yet nothing has been repaired. Lots of promises, but short on action. Not sure if I'm going to continue with phase 2 of the project to add another 8kw when this one is still not working. Seems I'm spending a lot of money for a system that is not delivering (was supposed to cut my bill in half and is barely touching it).PPM Solar (Power Production Management, Inc.) Response

Called the client, had a conversation, and identified and validated his concerns. Working as fast as possible to resolve those concerns to his satisfaction, handling a service issue on Phase 1, evaluating production once again, and pushing forward Phase 2. PPM Solar installed a 6.4 kW system on the roof of my new home in ************* in June, 2023. The system was competitively priced and the project was implemented in a prompt and professional manner. Sales team overestimated my solar production and flaunted that the company does not use subcontractors (they do). Sales team pushed the notion that their proposals are more accurate and would offer more power than our counter proposals. 1 year after installation the system only generated 83% of the proposed energy with everything working perfectly per inspection team. PPM representative said that the sales person probably did not take enough shading into consideration. I removed 2 large trees casting shade on my roof after the initial proposal and prior to installing the panels. Hello *******! I am sorry that you are not happy with the first year's production. After carefully reviewing your site, including production reports, site reports, and aerial imagery, I have learned that there was a conversation about tree trimming during the time proposal, and that there is still a tree that is casting a partial shade. After reviewing the production, I have confirmed that the solar system is producing well within the constraints of that shading. PPM was great at managing the job and keeping me informed along the way. The install was efficient and professional. They followed up to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. From start to finish everyone at PPM was professional, transparent about the process, and very knowledgeable. They were efficient in responding to all my questions and concerns.
