  I contracted with Crosier and Sons Roofling Gainesville FL for a roof replacement in April 16 , 2018 that has a five year warrant for materials and workmanship. Crosier and Sons Roofing sent an incompetent roofer that left several flaws in the installation. The first flaw was noticeable in the 3rd year that led to four water leaks on the west facing roof portion that were noticeable water leaks on the inside of the ceiling. When their employee arrived he immediately saw the problem and it was identified as four nails that were pushed through the roof material but not hammered down. In the fourth year a new problem was identified which was there was a leak where the weather head should have been installed, but was not. This caused a leak where the electrical wires pass from under the eaves to above the roof near where the power wires attached from the street. This leak caused rotten wood which allowed the conduit to be pulled toward the street , Previously the conduit was at a 90 degree angle to the roof but after the rot it was at an approximate angle of 75 percent, leaning noticeably toward the power lines. Crosier and Sons Roofing sent an employee out who did not replace the rotten wood, nor set the conduit back to it's original 90 degrees from the roof surface, nor install the weather head which did not fix the leak. In the latter part of the fourth year, The weather head leak and another leak on the southwest corner of the roof allowing water to drip from under the eves during a rain storm from somewhere up the roof was identified and called into Crosier as a request for service. Crosier and Sons Roofing sent out an employee who initially put a couple of trowels of black roofing sealer under two roofing tiles which had the effect of moving the leak under the eves. When I originally spoke to **** ******** end of March 2023, she told me that these repairs would be under warranty. There have been seven missed appointments since 04/2023 through 10/07/2023. Crosier and Sons Roofing did come back with a two person crew which attempted a repair on the under the eves leak on the southwest corner which was unsuccessful and also repaired the weather head which cured that leak in the first week of July 2023. Crosier and Sons Roofing have refused to schedule another trip to repair the southwest corner leak. They sent a third party that was not even a licensed roofing contractor to repair it in the first week of September 2023 and he deemed it beyond his capabilities. I have called the vendor numerous times and was reassured that they would make the repairs but would never schedule it. The next time **** ******* scheduled the repair she was adamant that they would be onsite on 9/30/2023 to which they never called nor showed. I spoke to ****** *******, the following Tuesday and she adamantly advised me the appointment has been moved to 10/07/2023 but I inquired that if the appointment had been changed, how could they not have notified the customert. In fact they refused to schedule the repairs on any day but a Saturday which they have no business hours on Saturdays. ****** advsied they would have a crew onsite to repair and replace the rotten wood on the southwest roof the following Saturday, 10/07/2023 and again never called never showed (this is the 7th Saturday they have "scheduled" and followed up with no show and no ca,,. Hence, the initiation of this complaint. My desired settlement is to have the rotten wood replaced and the roof rebuilt so that no leaks occur under the eves under warranty.
