I have lived here at Piccadilly APTS since December 19, 2022. Since I have lived here it has been non stop issues. Getting communication from the front office is like pulling teeth out of their heads. My very first day I came to pay my prorated amount in rent no one was in the office. Whenever I call the front office nobody answers. The property Manager ***** barely even responds to emails unless we threaten to go to corporate or to report the business. The most issues I have been having is with the maintenance staff. My dishwasher was broken for almost 2-3 weeks. The first time I put a work order in about it, (the dishwasher was flooding the kitchen floor) they claimed they fixed it. I used the dishwasher the next day, it flooded the kitchen floor again. When I asked for them to replace the dishwasher the maintenance man made it seem like I was the reason why the dishwasher was leaking. Then fast forward to today May 27th. I come home and my a/c is not working its 82 degrees in here. I told them on Thursday the a/c was out. They told me someone was suppose to come out here and fix my a/c. No one came. They sent some guy out here and he installed a window unit. and he stole out my apartment. The unprofessionalism of the front office and this staff entirely is subpar. I asked for the regional managers email , no one want's to give it to me. Definitely will not be renewing my lease.
