My total order was *****, they charged my card dbl that, n I havent received product. My bank issued me a fraud alert, and closed my card.

Fraudulent actions, Poor customer service. Never received my order, the electric mini ****** for $19.99, In the middle of April 2024. As of this date, 06/10/24 I have not received my order. The number is not active. They also charged me a fee of $49.99, for some service that I did not authorize. that was on 05/04/24. I did get lucky when I called the # 1st time on 05/05/24 and was told that my product was on the way and they would refund the $49.99. that is not the worst of it on 06/04/24 they took another $69.05 out of my bank for what I don't know. Very disappointed, they should be charged and i feel nothing is being done to stop them from charging more or scamming other people.

This company screwed me twice once on a order not received and I guess on a membership fee of $49.00 and when I called the number they said there is no order and nothing named Mars.

FRADULENT WEBSITE! ZERO 0 STARS Purchased an order that never arrived. Later to find they had automatically subscribed me to their auto-renewing memership. Website provides no login to cancel such membership. **************** on the phone is busy during buisness hours on every single selcetion of the automated message. Emails from them are likely automatic and artificially generated to stall you. This website should be taken down or at the very least be flagged for misrepresenting thier services.

So, the thing is, the bottom of the check-out page does in fact state in small text that by proceeding with the purchase, I am authorizing them the charge a monthly fee of $49.Its a sneaky tactic, because no one has the mind to scroll to the bottom of the page and read a bunch of text before purchase, mainly because most businesses dont force customers into 49 dollar memberships. No reputable company needs to do that. Companies like Amazon offers memberships, but they dont force it.Another thing, is that the small text also states that you can cancel at any time by simply emailing them. The problem with that, is that they dont answer their email, so its impossible to tell whether they cancel it or not. So you could take them at their word and then *** them for violating their own terms. An email is a paper trail, after all. Although, I havent read their terms of service, so there could be a bunch of hidden things in there as well. Over all, just shop at ******. Im sure you can find the same cat brush and pancake maker there as well.

This fake company I ordered from never sent my order and have tried twice more to charge my card after the first time. There are so many crooks online. They will get what's coming to them soon..

I placed my order a month ago and still have not recieved merch. They charged me $49 for a membership that I didn't order and have given me a tracking number that only shows shipment is form *****. I think I've been scammed and certainly won't order anything from them again!

They are sneaky. Whenever you buy something from them, you automatically sign up for a monthly subscription that charges you $49 per month, without them really telling you. Those words are hidden in a bunch of tiny letters at the bottom of the screen. Don't buy anything from them. It's not worth it.

This is the epitome of online thievery. I ordered a $9.99 nail clipper from them based on a video I had watched. The nail clipper never arrived, and they continue to charge my credit card a monthly fee of $19.00 with no end in sight. Nobody answered their customer service phone, and when I sent a customer service response on their website, it, too, went unanswered. I do not understand why companies like this steal money from consumers, but I find it repugnant. Do not send this company your money; they will steal a minimum of $19 monthly from you. If they offer something you must have, it will not arrive! They will charge you a monthly fee and laugh behind your back! I would instead take the $19 you worked to earn and light it on fire every month then allow this most dishonorable band of thugs to steal it!
