Dec 6, 2022 I ordered diabetic supplies and they charged my account. No supplies have been received. My card was again charged on Jan 9, 2023 and again nothing has been received! I called the company in late Dec and was told they would send them out. I again called the company this morning and was told there is no account for me! They have never sent me anything and do not know what I am talking about! I am running out is my sensors today and I want my money returned! I will seek a reputable company. This company should be shut down!Business response

A member from our corporate staff called *************************** as soon as we received the complaint on 1-17-2023. She spoke to ****** and let her know what happened. Another location was unable to reach ******'s provider to get the necessary documents back from the provider as expected. Our corporate team is handling the patient's order and will be getting the necessary documents in order to fulfill the patient's order ASAP. If for some reason we are unable to get the order completed by the provider, we will refund the patient immediately.
Patient's who pay cash for items still need a signed order form from their doctor. Once they complete an order on our portal, we then start the process to get signed order. This particular order is taking much longer than expected to receive the order back from the provider so that we can ship our supplies.

I am rejecting this response because:
My drs office has not received anything from Lincoln, no request or phone calls. I was told I would get a call back and Lincoln has not called back. The person that called me was from shipping! I am now out is my sensors and this company has done nothing but give me the runaround! Each time I speak with them the story differs.

Hi - we received ******'s order form back from her provider and shipped her her first order on 1/26. We then shipped another order on 2/6. She spoke to ****** on 2/7 about refills.
