  I have known ******* and her company LuxuryDayCharters.com over 5 years and love working with her.. She has provided amazing options for my high-end clientele, as well as made magic happen at the very last minute, too!She also referred me a gorgeous estate in ************** for my A-list client..The list goes on.. happy to have met her & and be able to work with her over the years.Communication is always 100% and very fast which is appreciated for what we do. thank you!!!!

  We had such a great time with Luxury Day Charters! ******* was so communicative and helped us plan everything for our work event. I have to plan annual work outings with our team and this was by far the easiest I've ever had to plan and one of the most fun! I would highly recommend using them for any upcoming events you have.

  Lies and 1/2 truths is what you will get with this company. As soon as she gets your money the deal will change. She wont take credit cards so you have no recourse. No one needs the stress of dealing with this company.

  If I could give negative stars I would. Do not use this company. I paid $21,000 for a two day charter and I had to fight to get what we had agreed on from the start. ******* ruined the trip for me and my family. ALL I asked for was for my boys to be able to go fishing and to have jet skis for the kids. Those were my only activity requirements that I told her about on a phone call. THE ***** BEFORE our trip I get a message from her that we need fishing licenses which I paid for and were necessary but not the night before our excursion and she said we'd have to pay additionally for the jet skis. SHE RUNS A BAIT AND SWITCH. I did decide on a smaller boat to keep the cost under $20k which it was not it was $21k. She sent me a picture of the boat on a text and I said what is included as EVERY SINGLE boat I was looking at had all the toys and two jet skis. She never responded what was included, but said in a text she would send me the link. NEVER DID. And on Thanksgiving Day finally called me back after me emailing, texting and calling said she would make it right and get us two jet skis for our first day for two hours and two jets skis for three hours the next day. If she had kept her promise I would have let all the STRESSFUL interactions go and just never used her again. But guess what? She refused to get us jet skis the next day and I had to pay for them. For the $1300 I would have let it go. But now I will not. THIS WAS A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. ******* is unprofessional and she is a liar. I am still considering legal action against this company for a refund, it was literally so awful and so stressful and it should have been a joy. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!

  Again, reading Contracts thoroughly vs simply having ideas in ones mind about what one wants and what they are willing to pay for, is really what this comes down to. Facts are facts & we presented Yachts that were to include Jet Skis (as requested) & others that did not (fit the budget). Client chose boat that did not. "There is no such thing as a free lunch (*******************, Grandfather of Economics)" Yes, you can have a Jet Ski, but it's not free. We took it upon ourselves to book / pay for the first day as a courtesy given the confusion. The second day was on you as this was never "promised" by us. We double checked all of the communication as well as we would have gladly handled any mistakes on our part. Re the fishing, most yachts do not allow fishing whatsoever. Fishing is only allowed on Sportfishing boats. For obvious reasons. Luxury Yacht vs ****** fishing boat. Yes, the Florida Fish & Wildlife Wildlife requires fishing licenses. State regulated govt agency. This owner also made an exception for this client to allow light fishing~
