If I could put 0 stars I would! Being in the business I think its very disrespectful how they changed the price of the vehicle upon arrival. I drove 1hr 30min away from Orlando in traffic for a car that I was TOLD was one price but I was surprised when I was presented the numbers. With a additional 10,000 added to the price I was in shock. I have been and worked at dealerships never have I ever experienced something this disrespectful. Worse car buying experience I have seen or had. Now I see why the showroom had only me being the only customer at the time. STAY AWAY FROM FALSE ADVERTISEMENT DON’T MAKE THE DRIVE LIKE I DID!

Fantastic dealership in every way! Our personal vehicles are Ram and Jeep...my fleet vehicles are all Fords...Bill Bryan services all and am beyond satisfied with the service department, parts, sales and the entire team. They have never failed to go above and beyond in getting our service completed and out the door in a timely manner. My recent purchase of a new Jeep Cherokee was great but I did not like the vehicle, after a few months my husband was in for service on his Ram and was speaking with Charles...was ask how I like my new Jeep and Was told I was not happy. He had me come in and I am now in the Jeep I love and my financing turned out even better as well. Bill Bryan and the team have my vote! Judy J

We had problems with a Pacifica we bought in Orlando. The staff at Bill Byran went above board to see that will were taken care of. (Even though we did not buy our vehicle there) Unfortunately it required a complete motor replacement. Bill Byran saw that it was done. We had to have a vehicle to get around with...and to suit our needs, when they didn't have a vehicle available...they took a new one off the lot for us to use. Like I said above board.

On 5/21/21 I went to Bill Bryan Subaru to look at a car after having lost my 2019 subaru in a accident in which my car was totaled. I found a car that I wanted and wanted to pay cash but did not have those funds immediately available at the time. I told them I would like to give them a deposit of $2000 to hold the car for the 24-48 hours that it would take to get the funds to pay cash in full for the car. I was told that "we don't do that, if you really want this car you will have to enter into financing to secure the car". After much searching I found this car to be extremely clean and low mileage and hated to miss out on it. As a result I did enter into the finance agreement which I definitely did not want or need. Quite by coincidence I ran into the prior sales manager of Bill Bryan Subaru and he told me in no uncertain terms that this was not true, I DID NOT NEED TO GET INTO FINANCING TO SECURE THE CAR. I also called 4 other Subaru dealers who also stated this was not their policy. I was told by the current sales manager that this is their own individual dealer policy. I will never return and definitely will NOT recommend Bill Bryan Subaru to anyone. These are the kinds of sales tactics that make people loath to deal with car dealers and their salesmen. I immediately paid off the loan, but still I had to sit through 3grueling hrs of paperwork to secure this car. Not a pleasant buying experience at all. I must say that despite their sales tactics everyone involved was extremely polite and courteous.
