The way Brenda and the President of these condos treated my family and I over a neighboring guest complaining of noise and his "children" ALLEGEDLY witnessing someone urinating in the court yard area (confirmed by your staff and Sheriff on 3/29 of location of said public indecency) is disgraceful. I can confirm this was not my husband, child or I! If, the urinating in the courtyard was one of my visiting guests that night, the location of the alleged urination (courtyard) is not deemed my rental's responsibility-by law. I asked them to pull video footage. After hearing newly elected President (one year to be exact) of the condominiums lecture me on his political career, he confirmed that there is video on the property, but did not offer me to see it. I would actually like to see that footage. Someone else should have been punished, not my family. Management BARGED into my room WITHOUT permission at 7:30 am 3/29/22, waking my son and I up, yelling for me to come downstairs and demanding that I speak to her. I of course told her I would not, that I would wait for my husband who was not present. She then threatened the Sheriff because I refused to speak to her at that time. Once she came with the Sheriff, I was served a temporary eviction notice to leave by 10 am. I was also told that we were "being made an example" and that this "behavior" wouldn't be tolerated. Per Brenda and the President, there had been several complaints on OTHER rooms but management chose the words of a complaining neighbor, acted out of anger and did not investigate the whole truth and wrongfully evicted us. Seaspray, by law is considered a short term vacation rental and should have allowed my family 3 full days to leave the premises after service of the written notice. The service day of the written notice does not count. We were forced to leave within 3 hours. We were treated unfairly and I want this review to be posted forewarning anyone looking to stay here.
