You will see a copy of the complaint that we sent in to Joe Hudson's corporate office and we've never received a call from anyone in regards to the issues we experienced. We're not filing a lawsuit. Please view and read the complaint that I attached to get a better understanding on what happened to us. All we want is to be reimbursed for the charges below. We had many additional damages to our truck from the employees at Joe Hudson's. We took our truck to our Dodge dealership to be inspected again after Joe's touched it and they were supposed to fix. The charges they need to refund us are in the receipt below. **** has been dealing with this claim. They have not been very responsive to us on this matter either and I filed a complaint against them as well to you guys a few weeks back. They keep saying that Joe's will reimburse us the total and the claim is closed, but we've received no funds from Joe Hudson's or any communication. They do not answer the phone when we call them and their voicemail box is full. Same goes with ****. They do not answer our emails or phone calls. We leave voicemails and we've not been responded to at all.Customer response

Still no contact again from **** or Joe Hudson's. Apparently according to **** a month ago they sent the refund check in the mail to us. We've received nothing and the last few weeks when I've left voicemails no on has contacted us back.Business response

$229.95 is being refunded today. Upon investigating shop never completed the refund process. Followed up today and have gotten the refund issued to the customer.Initial Complaint

SOMEONE HIT MY CAR IN A PARKING LOT THAT DID NOT HAVE CAMERAS THEREFORE I AM LIABLE. I TOOK MY CAR TO JOE HUDSON'S 03 06 23 FOR REPAIR AND THEY SAID 3-5 DAYS TOPS TO GET IT FIXED AND BACK TO ME. I WORK FULL TIME AND TRAVEL IN MY JOB 80% OF THE TIME. THE FIRST WEEK I RENTED A CAR, 900.00 FOR ONE WEEK, I COULD NOT AFFORD THAT SO I RETURNED THE RENT A CAR THINKING MAYBE MONDAY. NOPE, IT'S THE NEXT MONDAY 3-20 23, 2 WEEKS LATER AND STILL NO CAR. THEY ARE A RIP OFF COMPANY AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW, SEE AND WILL POST ON FACEBOOK. THEY TELL ME EVERYDAY IT WILL BE READY TOMORROW, BUT THEY LIE, LIE, LIE. I WANT MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Business response

We have provided a timeline of events below. The delays to repairs were caused by parts. Per the complaint we completed repairs promptly once the correct parts were delivered to us.
3/6- Car dropped off
3/9 grill ordered from Keystone
3/13- grill was received & it was damaged
3/13- re- ordered grill from Keystone
3/16- received grill & it was wrong
3/16- re-ordered grill from Keystone
3/21- had her pick up car with old grill in the car
3/24- grill arrived correct from Keystone- customer came & waited in lobby for swap outInitial Complaint

I waited 4 weeks for my appt with estimator. Day of appt the estimator wasn't in and no one botherer to let me know. I had to request time off work so i feel it is incredibly tude and unprofessional to not even call a client who waited weeks for the appt. I was not able to come back and its going to be another month to get time off for another appointment else where. A male took pics and said he'd give them to estimator and I'd hear back in the next few days. It's been 4 weeks and no returned call. I've left several messages. My car was hit in August. It's now November and nothing has been done to help me. If this is any indication on how they do business I'd avoid wasting your time on a company who can't even do the basic bare minimum in keeping a simple basic appt, notifying someone if they can't keep the appt, or even provide a very simple basic estimate.Business response
