I purchased a house that was contingent on the roof being replaced, I paid for the cost of the roof replacement as part of the contract of my home. Rhino roofing company left multiple pieces of rotted fascia board and tore the stucco off the home and did not replace it. They also left multiple nails and debris all over my property. I called to speak with the owner of the company multiple times to understand what went wrong here, and he refused to speak with me. He sent the sales representative instead to my home who accused me of lying and trying to get something for free. The contract says they would notify of any rotting or damaged wood that needs to be replaced, they did not do this. The sales representative admitted the work would have cost more money and I would not have bought the home. The brand new gutters I had installed now have to be removed in order to repair the fascia around the soffits and the fascia.Rhino roofing refuses to perform this work which automatically voids my warranty. I believe this company to be extremely unethical. The roof cost ****** for an **** sqft home, the quality of work should have matched the extremely high cost.
