I had a very messy situation with my family home and Frank and Jazmin pulled me through it all. They treated me like family and I landed in a much better situation because of their hard work and exceptional knowledge. I am glad to know that the real estate business still has good, loving people who are willing to do the right thing! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I was in the position that I wanted to sell my home, but it was old and needed a lot of work. I received a postcard in the mail from Real Options. I can honestly say it was a pleasure working with ***** and his wife. They were honest and upfront. They gave me a reasonable price for my house. They worked with me on my timeline and actually gave me more time to leave when I needed it. We were in the process of selling my father's home after he had passed away. There were several options that were presented by some of the larger well know companies but some of their business practices were a little shady. Then we were contacted by Real Options, there was no real pressure to sell the home to them. Frank the president of the company was straight forward about his approach in buying and selling properties. Frank personally came out to the house and inspected the property. Within 24 hours, we had and offer that was clear about the costs and the buyer/seller responsibilities. Their process is very streamlined and they closed the house within 30 days. Frank and the team are the real deal. So many times you hear of all cash offers with quick closings and they almost never happen, including a lowball offer. Frank made an extremely reasonable offer right off the bat and then fulfilled every promise he made from there.
