1 starSo I have been back and forth with just trying to get the address for a return on the hearing aids from Ultra Hearing, they were way too big for my petite ears. I sent them pictures and called and called no answer or dropped calls. This went on from Feb 20th until June 17th and then they sent me an email that states I only qualify for a credit because they were on sale. I have over 20 or more correspondence with them and the majority states this, we’ve successfully received your request (38945) and our support team is currently reviewing it. They sent me so many of those saying it takes 24-48 hours. Now here we are July 23rd no refund no more correspondence. I have hearing aids thanks to Hearing America for advising me how to get hearing aids that fit and at no expense to me at all. Needless to say Ultra Hearing I still want my money back, please and thank you. I forgot I was finally able to return them on May 08, 2025 @ 12:20 pm et. They received them on May 12, 2025 @ 4:38 pm et in Fort Meyers, FL 33908. They gave me address to return on May 7, 2025 @5:51 pm from Maxine.Ultra Hearing Aids

5 starsI hadn’t realized just how much I was missing until I used these. I could hear the birds outside, the wind in the trees, even the soft ticking of my wall clock. I actually cried.

1 starRating a 1 as they have communicated back to me. I purchased and the product did not work for my hearing loss. I returned within the 45 day guarantee time period. 5 months later I am still trying to get my refund. Now after 6 conversations they say I got them at a sale price and can only get a store credit. I have a copy of the ad I purchased under and right on it it says money back guarantee. No indication of special sale price or store credit only. They strung me along for 5 months before they decided this was the answer. Previously i just kept getting that my refund was approved and sent to fiancé. They are hoping people will give up on getting a refund. Totally deceptive advertising.Ultra Hearing Aids

5 starsI’ve had constant ringing in my ears for years. It was especially bad at night and made it hard to focus during the day. I didn’t think anything would actually help, but I gave the Invisible 2 a try after reading about it helping with tinnitus. I’m honestly shocked, the ringing is completely gone when I have them in. It’s the first real relief I’ve had in a long time. On top of that, I can hear people clearly again, even in busy places. These hearing aids are worth every penny.Ultra Hearing Aids

1 starDo not buy...It's a scam!!!! bought a set worked for 4 days. Tried many times to get a hold of them, They never reply to emails, on line chat, never answer phone. Once they get your money your screwed. I even tried to get money back from credit card, was told by them. Ultra told them i was one in fault???? How can i be in fault when i have a defective item and your customer service and warranty is nonexistant???? Also they have new website that has nothing on it about trying to do a return or have defects. They have always moved from Fl to Atlanta GA, i guess trying to run and hide from the law???? 1 starI purchased the hearing aids in January and attempted to use them on a few occasions, but unfortunately, they did not meet my needs. I contacted customer service to initiate a return and request a refund, as the advertisement promised a 45-day money-back guarantee. They provided instructions for the return process, and I ensured the package was insured and tracked. According to the tracking information, the hearing aids were received in Florida. I promptly provided the tracking numbers to customer service upon shipping.
A few days later, I followed up, and they confirmed receipt, stating they needed to inspect the devices before proceeding. After a few more days, I contacted them again, and they mentioned forwarding the message to the finance department. Despite repeated attempts to follow up, I experienced a lack of responsiveness. Consequently, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and provided all email correspondence as evidence. The credit card company informed me that the merchant had responded, claiming the hearing aids were damaged. I was taken aback by this assertion and, as a result, was unable to obtain a refund. 1 starDo not buy these hearing aids!!!
This company will give you 45 days for return but they start counting the days when you order them. It took us around 12 days to receive them and we tried everything to make them work. We finally got in touch with them and they let us try the invisible hearing aids so we gave them a shot. Well they didn’t work so I emailed them and said we wanted to return them and get a refund. It took them two days to reply and by that time the 45 days were up so they said they couldn’t accept a refund.
We made a big mistake for trusting this company and now urge everyone to not trust this company!Ultra Hearing Aids

Do Not Buy! They are impossible to deal with. Ordered two pairs accidentally for my father. Opened one pair and they were horrible! Anytime I spoke it was like speaking into a microphone with a speaker in my ear.
I returned both with the mandatory 45 days. I was finally refunded after many many emails for the unopened pair. The other pair that was used five minutes, no. My return completely was within their return policy. Refund? No. Exchange? No. Issued store credit at “sale price”.
Currently I am Filing suit in Lee County, FL courthouse. My attorney will handle this with ease!
If you look at a street view of their address it is NOT a business location. It is an EZ Postal store.

Hi *****, Im really sorry its gotten to this point. I can imagine how frustrating it mustve been especially ordering something for your father, only to have the experience fall short and then having to deal with back-and-forth emails on top of that.
I did read everything you mentioned, and I understand you returned both pairs one unopened and one briefly used. I also hear you on how the refund process didnt feel fair or clear, and thats something we never want our customers to feel. I know this has escalated beyond a typical return, but I do want to say that your feedback is being taken seriously and not brushed aside.

1 starUltra hearing aid - rating it zero if I could- I tried it for 2 days and I could not use it as at the lowest setting I could hear my breath, my heart, plus all the noise around me. After about 12 emails (over 1 month span) with their customer service (never got anybody to speak with when calling, nor received a call back) finally they approved to return the product. I followed the instructions and returned the item. I also reported to my credit card. 2 months later I still did not get a refund. And they answered to the credit card that item was damaged sending a picture of the item outside of a plastic bag, without the original box or the original packaging that I sent the item in. The item in the picture looks in perfect shape. They never justified was damaged. My packaging was not the packaging in the picture either. $254 lost money. Now from June 1st they also charge restoking fee. Be careful they are simply crooks. DO NOT BUYFROM THEM. ***** ******Ultra Hearing Aids

Beautiful but empty words: as of this day more than 3 months later, beside the "beautiful" comment from the business - I did not receive a penny back and while they received their device to sell it to somebody else. So I wonder who 'heard' my comment?
