I did lots of research before choosing an attorney to file chapter 12. It's not an easy decision and their are so many out there.to choose from. Thank God I went with my gut instinct and selected Attorney Carmen Dellutri and The Dellutri Law Group, PA. I cannot express enough gratitude and respect I have for Carmen dealing with him personally in my bankruptcy case. He is a master of his craft and a man of honor, integrity, and his word is his bond. He explained the filing process clearly and concisely through this extremely financially stressful time. His entire team is really hard working and compassionate to your needs The entire staff from Legal Assistant *****************************, Case Manager ***************************, Banruptcy Case Manager *****************************, and Attorney *************************** were all extremely professional and amicable throughout the process. Communication with all of them via phone, text, and emails were answered promptly within minutes. I was never left in the dark about any questions I may have had with my case. In the end he helped me with affordable attorney fees and a very reasonable payment plan. I couldn't have asked for a better result and the relief of what I thought was a hopeless financial choke hold.
