I have never had a bad experience at *******'s. The treatments and skincare have transformed my skin and I really couldn't be happier. Every single person I have met there is absolutely the nicest and so thorough and they break everything down for me! Definitely recommended!!!Review from Lisa T

I absolutely love this business. ******* has been incredible since the ************* day. The entire staff has been friendly. Easy to deal with happy non-judgmental. Its a wonderful environment where women empower women. the prices are all in line with the going rates, nothing is out of bounds. The treatments themselves can be intense but I have had ultra successful results. ******* is working on me and has changed my entire confidence level. I feel that I can give an honest review as my husband owns a large business in the same town and I see how businesses are. Natalies skin solutions is absolutely amazing and help Lee county business flourish.Review from Lisa

I think Natalie is a total scammer and manipulative crook. She promises to do services and disappears and then tacks on more to agreements after they are signed. She then lies to the banks that dispute the payments, promises and would love to have the patron back for service and disappears after she gets her payment and doesn't stand by her word or service. Hi Lisa! I apologize that you feel this way, this was never our intention. But I would like to elaborate on the situation, when you came in for your initial service, there was a price that was both agreed, signed, and consented upon prior to any services being done and this price included the additional areas that you added to your service. With this agreed payment, you did sign and acknowledge that so that is why the bank did not accept your dispute; there is no need for lying on our end. When you had contacted our office the day after your services, we understood that you were upset because Natalie herself did not perform the service and we were more than willing to help rectify this situation but you have since disputed your credit card charges and have continued with harsh and threatening emails. As stated previously, it is unfortunate how this situation has unfolded; we always strive for our customers to be happy and to stay happy but it seems that there is an unwillingness to correct this state of affairs.Customer Response

Sorry to say that's not exactly the truth. I agreed to a price in Natalie's office and after the procedure started, she then pulled her tech out of the room to raise the price. What is she, a used car salesman? She also claimed to be the person to the service. I'm really over all of the games and misleading the consumer. She's scammed many people and you are covering for her. I know of other people that have worked with her and have also said she treats customers horribly.Customer Response

Might I also add, the office cancelled her appointment with me when I expressed my dissatisfaction and the extra charge incurred AFTER the procedure had already started. They did not attempt to rectify anything until I sent an email bullet pointing what she had actually done. At which point, she scheduled an appointment with me and then cancelled again. I kindly asked for a refund and was refused and they lied to to the credit card company.Natalie's Skin Solutions LLC Response

Hello! As stated before, if there is an unwillingness to correct the situation, there is nothing we can do. We apologize for any inconveniences that you think may have occurred during this process. But just to clarify again, there is no need for us to "lie", especially to credit card companies; the dispute was ruled in our favor because the facts were displayed accurately. I believe you may be confused though? If you are looking for a refund for the Hydrafacials you purchased, those were purchased through a third party; you have to contact them directly for a refund. I hope this helps! Again, we apologize that you felt mislead but as we have previously mentioned, with the threatening and harsh emails, the credit card dispute, and BBB grievance, it seems like you, unfortunately, do not want to rectify this situation. The matter is still under dispute as the original conversation, original email exchanges and numerous online complaints and dissatisfaction from other clients have been submitted. Ms Natalie knows she was in the wrong and was not willing to resolve anything until I told her I would take further action. Your statements are false. And at this time I think the best thing to do as a business owner is to own up to your false promises and refund the patron. End of discussion.Natalie's Skin Solutions LLC Response

Good morning ****! I apologize that you are still confused on this matter and the last thing we want is to have an unhappy customer. Like we have expressed in our email correspondence, we are happy and willing to work with you but we will not be bullied and threatened into any refunds when we are trying to correct the situation. Again, as in the last email, your refund for the services you have not received came directly from Groupon. I am sorry you are having difficulty understanding this.Customer Response

Bullied? It was the owner that coaxed me into a service that she didn't perform that she agreed to do. She then took a cowardly approach, AFTER I signed the agreement, and tacked on several hundred more dollars.
I would call that manipulative and bullying and misleading the client. Not only that, after the first discussion, she cancelled the follow up appointment and not until I sent an email pointing out everything she did and didn't do, did she offer to have me come back. Which she then cancelled the appointment and then when I approached her again I was told no. So please get your facts straight.
There is a long history of complaints on your website, Facebook and Groupon. I would never recommend your business to anyone.Natalie's Skin Solutions LLC Response
