The builder hired painters for house being built next to me. The painters broke my water system and I had to replace the water pressure tank and piping. The painters also left paint all over my grass and cement pad. Pictures were taken. Top Quality Asphalt is not responding to email or phone messages.

Good morning, on May20, this person called me, and left a voicemail with her phone number information, stating that a painting company damage her house with paint, I called my client and told him whats going on with this situation. Then next day my client went to talk to her about her concerns, and she wasn't in home. Despite our client's prompt attempt to reach out to her in order to discuss the issues raised, another visit to her residence by the owner were unsuccessful
as you were not available. The owner even left his contact information for this person the second time in hopes that you would reach out to discuss the matter further. It is puzzling to us that, despite your threats of leaving a negative review for our company, you have not taken the initiative to contact our client to address the concerns you have raised. We value open communication and believe that a resolution can only be reaches through a constructive dialogue between both parties involved. We are eager to address any issues or damages you have experienced, but we kindly request your cooperation with our client to facilitate a discussion.

They did unpermitted work in our neighborhood causing quite the stir. Code enforcement given their information. Will update when they remove the speed bump.
