Purchased sofa from the Leather gallery, Tamiami trail in Sarasota, Fl 34231. Sofa took 9 mons to deliver and arrived damaged, Attempts to get the 2 technician report have failed, Store keeps snowballing us, so far no reports. Sofa cost $3471.08. Company made a $600.00 offer and keep the sofa. Never in my life of buying furniture have I dealt with a company who has no concept of Customer Service. I do not want to settle, I want a total refund.

We bought sofa and 2 chairs after we canceled our delayed order from the other store. We perfectly understand that nowadays you have to wait for months for your furniture to be delivered. So we were dealing with Jim who was very talkative and full of information. He said our sofa will be delivered for a few days ( couch was delivered) but for the chairs we will wait 20 days,and it may be before,because he is working with professional lady who gives herself a few days more. They will charge us the half of the full amount (it was not on sale). We bought sofa and chairs on 02/05/2020,got the couch pretty soon.They charged us the full amount. After awhile, when we heard nothing about the chairs, we went to the store,found Jim,asked a questions about delivery and the full charge. He was very rude,explanation for the full amount was that we wanted a delivery too,so they charge a full amount in that case. ???? Chairs will arrive on March 20th and he will call us. We reminded him what he said previously about 20 days delivery,he got all mad,very rude, turn his back and walked away from us in front of his coworkers and other customers. We were embarrassed and humiliated, we never went back to the store again. He never called back and tomorrow is a May 1st. We don't want to deal with that horrible man,who used all tricks to make us to buy new furniture, got his full commission and now,he is done with us. And we were doing a little research, so the company policy is to charge 50% till the full delivery. That rudeness of the sales person Jim N. I can't explain by words. If you want Leather Gallery furniture deal with a Matter Brothers store at Fort Myers,they are the same business. Karen and Steve were great,just avoid Jim
