Far from WOW. We were extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, lack of attention to detail, and way were were treated during our project. The salesman neglected to communicate to the project manager (Kevin) that our quote/payment included kitchen tile demo. Then told the project manager to just go ahead and leave the tile under our washer/dryer without demo'ing it. Thankfully he knew that wasn't the right thing to do. Furthermore, our condo and possessions were not adequately protected during the demo process, which resulted in my husband and I having to throw out several of our possessions since we couldn't get the dust out of everything (also had to hire an air duct cleaning company to clean the tile dust out of our air vents since nothing was sealed off). Cornerstone's commercials claim that all cabinets are made in house, yet there was an issue with our drawer fronts and we waited over a month for one drawer to be installed. The electricians installed two new outlets which are crooked and at uneven heights. When I told the salesman about this, he said well if you want the USB outlet in another location you can fix it yourself then and it will cause more dust. However, he had absolutely no issues calling to ask us to pay the final balance before was completed (he didn't even bother to check to follow up or find out if it was done, we were happy, or if there were any issues). It sure seems that they are more concerned with cranking out volume than quality work. It did not match the standards they claim (we go for WOW?!) and charge customers for. Very disappointed given the high cost of the work. Would not recommend.

Working with Cornerstone Builders was the best decision I could have made. From beginning to end, they were involved, easy to work with, professional, and quality of work has been top notch. Our sales/designer, ***********************, and our Project Manager, *********************** were both amazing to work with. What started out as a remodel job with new ***************** was started on time, and was going to finish on time.....until Hurricane *** decided to move in and take over. *********** both went to the property within a couple days to assess our property/home. They sent pictures of the devastation that *** left in what WAS our beautifully remodeled home. So we started again. **** and the Cornerstone team were on top of everything from getting all new permits to start the **************** again, and everyone worked hard to get things going again. Once all permits were received, it was game on once again. Everyone involved in the now TOTAL restoration of our home was amazing. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and when they said they were going to be there to work, they were there. Even my neighbors called me in awe because they couldn't believe they were there when they said they were going to be.I absolutely LOVE our now new home, and everyone who comes over is in awe at the transformation.I absolutely highly recommend Cornerstone Builders of Southwest **. Such a great organization to work with.Thanks Cornerstone - I could not be happier!

I'd like to thank ****************** and ****** who refaced my kitchen cupboards and ***********************, the sales person. **** was the lead on the project and was very knowledgeable and thorough on every detail. Showed up on time, cleaned up every day and was very professional.***********************, our sales person, kept in touch and followed the whole project though. Very professional and had some very good ideas for our kitchen. I would hire Cornerstone for any other project that we need. This team especially.In this trying time, after hurricane ***, it was difficult to find honest help and help that would actually show up. Thank God for Cornerstone.Thanks again, for a wonderful experience.************

I felt the need to voice the wonderful job done by each and every Cornerstone crew during my kitchen renovation. The quality of work, the total respect and care given to my home was phenomenal. They even covered the complex elevator which totally impressed my neighbors.I was kept informed of the process regularly and notified in a timely manner of crew arrivals. Crews were courteous and it was quite obvious they took pride in their work. "TRUE CRAFTSMEN"It was a pleasure working with ***************************. He was very knowledgeable with a keen sense of detail. I feel he took a personal interest in my project which I truly appreciated. **** made the decision making process smooth and easy. Honestly, this was the part I was most wary of and why I put off renovating for so long.Thank you for my beautiful new kitchen and employing such knowledgeable and caring people.*********************

Excellent honest service and performance. We were confident that Cornerstone would stand by their contract and they did just that. Sales team or ************ and ************** are experienced and guided us through our remodel with recommendations and counseling. They are a credit to Cornerstone Builders and made us feel very comfortable . The finished remodel is exceptional and good quality products and installation are throughout the remodel. We highly recommend Cornerstone Builders and if you are a potential client you will feel comfortable throughout the process knowing that Cornerstone stands behind their work.
