Prompt response to my service call, reconnected controller boards that a previous AC company disconnected and left that way. Gulf Shore technician then cleared the condensation drain (primary problem) recharged the system due to the evaporator leaking. They said its a temporary fix until the evaporator gets replaced. They obviously know what they are doing because the system is currently working. Will have them replace the evaporator soon (pricey because system is out of warranty.) competent technicians are hard to find.
