      I bought a 2024 Custom Jeep Wrangler (actually my 3rd purchase from them) from the SoFlo Customs website but the final sales paper work stated I purchased the vehicle from JG Auto finance llc. My first complaint is that the vehicle that was delivered to me was not the vehicle in the *********** was very similar but not the same vehicle I agreed to *********** was a bare bones version of the vehicle I thought I was buying made to look like the one in the pictures.They did however after several months and countless phone calls make good on some of the shortfalls involved here!(missing tow package and faulty winch) My biggest complaint is that I bought an after market warranty on this vehicle along with the second vehicle I purchased.I already sold the second vehicle and long ago cancelled both warranties.I am still waiting for reimbusement for the tow package and cancelled warranties. I have tried to reach out to the department that sold me the warranties and my sales ****** seems ***** wants to talk to me about the money this company owes me!! Dealing with SoFlo customs has been the most fustrating experience of my life!!!

      Purchased Jeep vehicle with the purchase price including a specific type of door (which was pictured in the website ad). I have text confirmation of these doors being included. Since I live ***** miles away the Jeep was delivered to me. When I opened the boxes for the doors they shipped completely wrong (and cheap) doors. I have contacted dealership via phone and e-mail several times but they have now "ghosted" me. I have also sent certified letter/signature required letter to owner (****** Ghetta) today but not even sure if that letter will get to him. The 2 people I was dealing with were ***** ****** (manager) and a salesman named *****. Both have completely stopped responding.

      I bought a custom 2023 Jeep Gladiator from SoFlo Customs for roughly $70000. Upon receipt of the Jeep (transported from Florida to my home in **), there were numerous issues requiring resolution. Getting SoFlo to address my concerns has been incredibly difficult as they dont respond to text messages or phone calls, as well as consistently fail to execute on promises and follow up. *****, the *** is the most unprofessional, condescending individual Ive dealt with. They owe me $3312 for third party warranties I initially purchased and decided to cancel on October 8. Everything must go through *****, but he refuses to respond to text messages or answer my calls. I have text messages with ***** where he assures me he will send me my refund as they received the information from ***, the 3rd party warranty company. *** confirmed for me over phone they sent SoFloJeeps everything they need at the end of November (issued 100% refund). ***** has no intention of sending me my money. I need help in getting my money back from warranties I bought and had full right to cancel.

      dec 5th, 24 custom bronco. 80k sold as a new vehicle false advertised. poorly made. expanding spray foam in the hood damaged and ruined the hood.over spray on the paint and not the same paint colors. wasn't painted properly body panels are cracking and coming apart the grill tabs were broken and the grill doesnt fit and it loose and falling off theres no seals or anything to prevent water from getting into the doors and no drains debris and water build up in the rear doors. no drains. advertised with 40s arrived with 38s.this was supposed to be brand new and I was told it would have a full tank and i got it with 30 miles till empty .signed paperwork with 168 miles arrived with 255 miles. no help or effort from ***** the gm. been strong armed to remove my ****** review want to return the vehicle and im told I have to pay to ship it back. they did a bait and switch and some me something that was not advertise accordingly. and the dealership is dragging their feet and avoiding my calls and texts and is no help. I was told I will not get my money back and only option was to trade it for something different on the lot. they dont make quality product and I dont want to settle for something i dont like or want this has been a horrible experience. I dont want to ever deal with this dealership again. I just want my money back and the deal unwinded

      On 9-27-2024 my mother and myself purchased a vehicle from soflo customs in *************** Florida (we reside in **.) and it was delivered to us in **. about 2 weeks later. First thing we noticed was the vehicle was not brand new. We we're told it had under 500 miles on it. The vehicle had over 1500 miles on it when it was taken off the truck at our house. Second issue is the vehicle does not have the options we were expecting or paid for. I have been fighting with them to take the vehicle back and refund me for the vehicle we traded in. They have consistently ignored my texts and phone calls to this point. When I was actually able to get them on the phone they laughed at us saying "There was nothing we can do to them and that we were in fact stuck with the vehicle". The carfax now has us listed as the "second owners'' which decreases its value. It was supposed to be brand new. They made one offer to take the vehicle back and that was if I purchased a $160000 vehicle from them which I refuse to spend that amount. ***** the general sales manager and ****** ******* where on this call. They are extremely unprofessional as they stated to us that they are a multi million dollar a year company and we were just not a priority. I need help to undue this disaster as they do not get back to us nor will they compromise. Please help, thank you

Not once did you discuss ( and even admitted in writing) any specific equipment requirements on the truck. We have offered to trade your currently vehicle for exactly what you paid for it on any vehicle in our inventory which you have refused. At no point during this transaction did we mislead you, deceive you, or guide you in the wrong direction. We took you trade in for close to $10,000 more than any other dealer was offering you at the time, and even delivered the truck to your doorstep for free. We are at a loss for what else we can offer you, and even though were under no obligation to offer to trade you truck in for every ***** you purchased it for, we are in good faith.          ***, First off, I'm not sure why you keep saying you were involved in my purchase of the vehicle. The first time I talked to you was after the vehicle was delivered to my house. Prior to that I spoke to at least 6 different employees of yours during the purchase process. Is it possible that communication about what I wanted between all the people I dealt with got misconstrued? I think that's exactly what happened. I would also like to see this written evidence you claim to have regarding the options I wanted because everything was done via phone call. I have nothing in writing. The customer service you guys have given me is completely unacceptable. I would also like to address your lies. First, I did not say I wanted a white truck specifically. I gave three color options I was ok with. White, silver or black. Secondly, after many months of trying to contact and get a solution out of you guys you offered to take the truck back but only on a specific vehicle. You told me you would only take the truck back if I purchased a $160,000 truck you had at which time I told you I was NOT spending that kind of money. That was the ONLY option you gave me. Bottom line is this is NOT the vehicle I wanted nor paid for. I have since called ********* to inform them of the situation, and I have also purchased the exact truck I wanted. My compromise is still the same as it was many months ago. Take this truck back and refund me for my trade which was $75k. I was also kind enough to inform you that I would pay the difference you said you lost on the trade which was $5k but this wasn't good enough for you. If you still refuse to take the truck back, I will continue with the complaints I have filed with the BBB, Florida consumer protection, Connecticut consumer protection as well as the ****************************************. I also will not continue to pay on this vehicle that's just sitting in my driveway so if I'm forced to sell it, I will lose a ton of money on it and will be forced to sue SoFlo for all money lost.       WARNING READ THE REVIEWS. This company will reply by saying they are making things right but they DO NOT. My vehicle could not even pass inspection. Air bag,check engine,and seatbelt lights on. They zip tied my panels, one was even shot with a s**** My console would not open due to it rubbing the seat. Junk. First off they sold me a badly wrecked vehicle with airbags deployed. Took me reaching the owner *** who told me they did not know it was wrecked but the dealership sd their is no way they did not know bc they added parts right over it.I was told several times i BOUGHT AS IS. A clause everyone signs. Finally, they agreed to take the jeep back. I was told i could pick out a new vehicle for ***** more so I did. Once I go to sign the papers the 3500 of warrenties I purchased prior was not listed. I informed them that the math was off and I basically was forced to meet them half way on warrenties. Then I go to sign again and it is a diff vin. than the one I picked out. I was then told mine had been sold. I was forced to take the most basic ***** made, a Sport, when mine was an overland, and I picked out a *****. This vehicle is so cheap it don't even have auto headlights. But I'm told this is it, I'm basically stuck with it at this point. Then they wanted to use the leather seats out of the old one eventho they got my stitching wrong and charged me for new covers again. I had to pay for shipping, Even tho shipping was free special they had when I purchased my vehicle. They also ruined my credit by not paying off the vehicle I returned in a timely manner causing a 30 day late on my report despite me calling several times informing them it needed to be paid off bc I already signed for a new one. The jeep arrives and its not with the lift I was told I was getting. The back is the factory springs with spacers added causing it to lean lower than the front. No options that I asked for. I went from a ***** to a sport n paid dearly. **** was the only one communicating.

I lost thousands on this deal.. the biggest issue I have is my new lift is not what they told me it was going to be.. my back end is factory springs with spacers. It's literally 3.5. I have never owned such a basic model in my life. Then to threatened me with court over a reveiw just topped it all off. I would be glad to take the reviews down.. give me my real lift and give me my regear back that I originally paid for!!!

      Here's a draft letter to the BBB based on your situation:Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint against South Florida Customs regarding the repair of my 2024 Jeep Wrangler following an accident on January 16th at 7pm.I purchased this vehicle from South Florida Customs and had worked closely with them on customizations. After the accident, the General Manager, *****, assured me they would handle everything, including working directly with my Progressive insurance.However, what followed was a series of issues: Excessive Delay: The repair took over 3 months, during which I was without a vehicle or rental. Poor Communication: ***** became hostile and unresponsive when I inquired about the status. Misrepresentation: I caught them in multiple lies regarding repairs, including issues with the windshield. Safety Concerns: Upon finally receiving the vehicle, I discovered the seat belts were not installed properly and the airbags were malfunctioning. Unresolved Issues: The front axle CV joint is ticking, and I'm still getting error messages about the airbags. Substandard Repairs: Another shop's professional opinion suggests South Florida Customs used aftermarket used parts and performed some work incorrectly. Additional Expenses: I've spent an additional $11,000 out of pocket to fix and replace work done by South Florida Customs. Ongoing Safety Issues: The airbag system remains problematic, and no dealership will address it due to improper installations of seatbelt system and airbags.I paid South Florida Customs a $2,000 deductible, and Progressive paid them over $20,000 for repairs.       On or about 19 October 2022 I purchased a brand new Jeep Gladiator through SOFLO customs and at time of purchase I asked for all the *** parts that were replaced by SOFLO which would retail for more than $5K-7k. They told me they no longer had those parts. I was very upset but decided to let this go. This was my first taste of their shoddy business practices as I knew they probably sold the parts back to the dealership or a third vendor. They probably have this as part of their business model and make a good profit.I went on a Navy deployment and returned in April when hurricane season arrived. My truck immediately started leaking with water entering through an entrance near my driversnside pedals. At the same time, my truck's hood started peeling it's color in several spots. I took my jeep to the St. ********* Jeep dealership to see if they could fix the leak as well as give me an estimate for the hood. The reason for the estimate ask was because my truck was not under warranty through SOFLO customs after they installed the parts. I knew SOFLO would tell me that the vehicle was not however this was not normal wear and tear. It was shoddy work from installation.I called them on August 12th, 2024 and they indeed did tell me they would do nothing after explaining this was an an installation and prep problem. I am just looking for SOFLO to do right by me and repaint the hood and fix my leak which would cost them little. I'm not even asking them for my *** parts or restitution at this point. Thank you.

      ******** - as we've already discussed, the vehicle was purchased a number of years ago and you chose to opt out of our SoFlo protection which would have covered these issues that are arising. As we've already already offered, we're happy to address the issues at true dealer cost ( no mark up ) whenever you're willing to bring the truck over to us.

      In regards to the *** parts - these parts have little to no value on the secondary market. At any moment i have an unlimited supply of whatever take off part you need. If you decide to make the trip over, I'll be sure to fill up your truck bed full of whatever parts you feel you were wronged out of. 

      Let us know when you plan on making the trip over and we will have a hood ready to swap on.

      I purchased a custom jeep build from So Flo ********************** in Florida. Everything they painted or tried to modify on the exterior is messed up and they refused to fix it correctly. They painted seals on the hardtop which will cause issues down the road like leaking, etc.
